Introducció

This manual provides instructions for the ADE WS1001 outdoor sensor. This sensor is designed to measure outdoor temperature and humidity and transmit data to compatible ADE weather stations. It can function as a replacement sensor or an additional sensor for multi-channel weather stations.

Nota important: The WS1001 sensor serves as a replacement for the WS1703 model, as the WS1703 weather station supports only one channel. For other compatible weather stations (WS1503, WS1704, WS1911, WS1917, WS2132, WS2325), this sensor can be used as an additional unit, supporting up to 3 channels depending on the weather station's capabilities.

Configuració

1. Instal·lació de la bateria

• Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the WS1001 sensor.
• Insert the required batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-).
• Close the battery compartment cover securely to ensure weather resistance.

2. Pairing with Weather Station

The WS1001 sensor operates on 433 MHz connectivity. Follow the specific pairing instructions for your ADE weather station model (WS1503, WS1703, WS1704, WS1911, WS1917, WS2132, WS2325). Generally, this involves activating a search mode on your weather station and then powering on the sensor.

For WS1703 users: This sensor is a direct replacement. Ensure no other outdoor sensors are paired with your WS1703 station, as it supports only one channel.

For other compatible stations (WS1503, WS1704, WS1911, WS1917, WS2132, WS2325): This sensor can be added as an additional channel. Refer to your weather station's manual for instructions on adding multiple outdoor sensors. The WS1001 supports 1 to 3 channels.

3. Muntatge del sensor

• Choose a suitable outdoor location that is protected from direct sunlight and precipitation for accurate readings.
• Ensure the sensor is within the transmission range of your weather station.
• Mount the sensor vertically using the integrated mounting hole and a screw (not included).

Once paired and mounted, the WS1001 sensor will automatically transmit temperature and humidity data to your compatible ADE weather station. The sensor features an LCD display for direct reading of current temperature and humidity.
