The Sena 10S Bluetooth motorcycle headset and intercom system kit is designed to facilitate seamless communication among riders. It supports full duplex, dual pairing for clear and natural conversations.

3. Configuració i instal·lació

3.1 Càrrega del dispositiu

Before initial use, fully charge the Sena 10S headset. Connect the provided USB power & data cable to the headset's charging port and a USB power source. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours. The LED indicator will change color to indicate charging status.

3.2 Mounting on a Helmet

The Sena 10S can be mounted on most motorcycle helmets using the included clamp kit. Follow these general steps:

1. Afluixeu els cargols de la part posterior del clamp unitat.
2. Feu lliscar el clamp unit between the outer shell and the inner padding of your helmet, positioning it on the left side.
3. Tighten the screws to secure the clamp.
4. Attach the main headset unit to the clamp.
5. Install the speakers inside the helmet, aligning them with your ears. Use the Velcro pads if necessary.
6. Connect the microphone (boom or wired) to the headset unit and position it appropriately for clear voice pickup.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Encès/Apagat

• Encès: Press and hold the Phone Button and the Jog Dial for 1 second.
• Apagar: Tap the Phone Button and the Jog Dial simultaneously.

4.2 Control de volum

Gireu el dial de desplaçament en sentit horari per augmentar el volum i en sentit antihorari per disminuir-lo.

4.3 Emparellament Bluetooth (telèfon intel·ligent)

To pair your smartphone with the Sena 10S for music, GPS, and phone calls:

1. With the headset off, press and hold the Phone Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately.
2. Al teu telèfon intel·ligent, activa el Bluetooth i cerca dispositius.
3. Select 'Sena 10S' from the list of found devices.
4. If prompted, enter '0000' for the PIN.

4.4 Comunicació per intercomunicador

The Sena 10S supports intercom communication with up to 4 riders. Ensure all devices are powered on and within range.

• Pairing with another Sena headset: Press and hold the Jog Dial of both units for 5 seconds until the LEDs flash red. Tap the Jog Dial on either unit to complete pairing.
• Inici/Finalització de l'intercomunicador: Tap the Jog Dial once to start or end a conversation with the first paired intercom friend. Tap twice for the second, and three times for the third.

4.5 Music Streaming and Phone Calls

• Reproduir/pausar música: Manteniu premut el dial Jog durant 1 segon.
• Respondre/Finalitzar la trucada: Toqueu el botó del telèfon.
• Marcació per veu: Manteniu premut el botó del telèfon durant 3 segons.

5. Manteniment i cura

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Sena 10S headset, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Mantingueu el dispositiu sec. La humitat pot danyar els circuits interns.
• No utilitzeu productes químics forts, dissolvents de neteja o detergents forts per netejar el dispositiu.
• Clean the microphone and speaker grilles gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Guardeu el dispositiu en un lloc fresc i sec quan no l'utilitzeu.
• Carregueu la bateria regularment, fins i tot si no l'utilitzeu, per mantenir-ne l'estat.

6. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your Sena 10S, try the following steps:

• Sense energia: Assegureu-vos que la bateria estigui carregada. Connecteu-la a una font d'alimentació i comproveu si l'indicador de càrrega s'il·lumina.
• Sense so/Volum baix: Check volume settings on both the headset and your connected device. Ensure speakers are correctly positioned.
• L'intercomunicador no es connecta: Verify both units are powered on and within range. Re-attempt intercom pairing.
• Desconnexió Bluetooth: Ensure your paired device is within range. Try re-pairing the device.
