3. Configuració i instal·lació

This section guides you through the physical installation of the Moman H2 Pro system onto your motorcycle helmet.

3.1. Contingut del paquet

3.2. Preparació del casc

1. If your helmet has removable padding, gently remove the inner lining to access the ear pockets and chin bar area.
2. Identify suitable locations for the speakers (near your ears) and the microphone (near your mouth).

1. Pass the speaker cable port from the inside of the helmet to the outside, typically through a gap in the helmet's lining.
2. Peel off the adhesive backing from the microphone and attach it securely to the inside of the helmet, ensuring it is positioned close to your mouth for clear audio capture. The microphone's flexible arm allows for precise positioning.
3. Peel off the adhesive backing from the speakers and attach them inside the helmet's ear pockets, ensuring they are centered over your ears for optimal sound.
4. Carefully tuck any excess wiring under the helmet's padding to prevent interference and ensure comfort.
5. Reinstall the helmet's inner padding if it was removed.

3.4. Intercom Unit Mounting

1. Attach the helmet mounting clip to the side of your helmet, typically on the left side. Use the provided Allen wrench to tighten the screws for a secure fit.
2. Slide the Moman H2 Pro intercom unit onto the mounted clip until it clicks into place.
3. Connect the headset cable to the intercom unit's port.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1. Encendre/apagar

• Encès: Press and hold the On/Off Key for approximately 2 seconds until the indicator light illuminates and you hear a voice prompt. The unit will enter pairing mode automatically if not previously paired.
• Apagar: Press and hold the On/Off Key for approximately 6 seconds until the indicator light turns off and you hear a voice prompt.

4.2. Pairing and Disconnection

Then, single-press the Function Key on one unit to initiate intercom search. A voice prompt will confirm "Intercom Search" and then "Pairing successful" once connected. Ensure units are within 1 meter during initial pairing.
• Reconnexió: In standby mode, single-press the Function Key to reconnect. A voice prompt will confirm "Reconnection successful".
• Desconnexió: In standby mode, single-press the Function Key to disconnect. A voice prompt will confirm "Disconnection successful".

4.3. Funcions de crida

• Respondre/Finalitzar la trucada: Single-press the Function Key.
• Resposta automàtica: If no action is taken for 8 seconds during an incoming call, the call will be answered automatically.
• Turning Auto Answer Function On/Off: With Bluetooth disconnected, double-press the Function Key. A voice prompt will indicate "Auto answer function on" or "Auto answer function off".
