1. Install the Silicone Cover: Attach the appropriate silicone cover to your camera lens. This cover supports lenses with diameters between 49mm and 95mm.

Lens Compatibility and Protection:

The teleprompter includes a silicone cover for direct lens mounting, compatible with lenses having an outer diameter between 49mm and 95mm. For optimal stability and lens mount protection, it is mandatory to use this teleprompter with a 15mm LWS rod support system. This system alleviates pressure from the camera lens mount.

An adapter ring kit is included for SmallRig Matte Box models 3575, 3196, 3680, 3556, 3645, and 5011. Additional adapter ring kits (ID: 3383) for 52-95mm lenses may be purchased separately if needed.

The SmallGoGo App is essential for operating the teleprompter. It is available on both the Apple App Store and Android Market. The app allows you to:

• Edit extracted text for teleprompter display.

The app supports multi-language mixed recognition with high accuracy, including English (98%), Chinese (97%), Japanese (90%), and Korean (90%). It supports 96 languages and automatic language detection.

The included remote control allows for convenient operation of the SmallGoGo App features. Ensure the remote is paired with your tablet.

The teleprompter features an adjustable top flag and a filter frame (filters not included) to prevent outdoor glare and ensure clear caption presentation. No vignetting will occur when the focal length is 22mm or greater. The recommended reading distance is within 5 meters (16.4 feet) for optimal clarity, especially when using a 10.9-inch iPad.

  • Check that the 15mm LWS baseplate is securely attached and providing proper support.
