3.1 Compatibilitat

4. Configuració
4.1 Connexió d'alimentació
The charger comes with a NEMA 5-15P to 14-50R adapter cord for seamless home electrical conversion. You can charge at Level 1 using a standard home outlet (NEMA 5-15P) or upgrade to Level 2 using a NEMA 14-50R outlet for faster speeds.

8. Solució De Problemes
- Touch Button Unresponsive: Ensure the charging connector is pulled out. The touch buttons will not respond if the connector is inserted.
- Charging Not Initiating (APP Start Mode): If your mode is set to "APP Start", pull out the charging gun, long-press the "A Button" on the unit, and switch to "Plug-and-Play" mode.
- Abnormal Behavior During App Current Adjustment: Always pause the charging process before making current adjustments via the app.
- Reduced Current with Hybrid Vehicles: Hybrid vehicles automatically reduce the charging current based on their maximum allowed value. This is normal operation.
