1. Introducció

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your QttyElok Wifi Tuya Door Access Control System. This system offers advanced security features including smart phone APP unlock, RFID card access, and password entry, designed for both convenience and robust protection.

4. Configuració i instal·lació

Proper wiring is crucial for the system's functionality. Refer to the diagram below for connection details. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the system.

4.2 Tuya APP Integration

The system integrates seamlessly with the Tuya Smart APP, allowing for remote control and user management. Follow the steps below to add your device and configure settings via the app.

Adding Device to Tuya APP:

1. Turn on Tuya APP.
2. Entra *123456#041# al teclat.
3. In the APP, click "Add device".

The system supports multiple convenient unlocking methods:

• Tuya APP Remote Unlock: Open the door directly from your smartphone via the Tuya APP.

5.2 User Management via Tuya APP

The Tuya APP provides extensive user management capabilities. Refer to Video 1 for a detailed walkthrough.

Setting Temporary Password:

Temporary passwords are valid for 6 hours and can be used once. They can be shared via WeChat, Email, or Message.

Adding Private Password:

1. In the APP, navigate to "Member manage" and click "Add".
2. Input a 6-digit code.
3. Click "Save".

Adding RFID Card:

1. In the APP, navigate to "Member manage" and click "Add" under "Card".
2. Swipe the RFID card on the keypad.
3. Click "Done" in the APP.

Viewing Unlock Records:

Click on the reminder information within the Tuya APP to view a log of all unlock events, including method and time.

5.3 Keypad Programming (Advanced)

The following operations are performed directly on the keypad using the programming password (default: 123456). Always remember to press * per sortir del mode de programació.

Set Management Card (Add/Delete):

• Add Management Card: Entra *Programming Password#7, then swipe the card.
• Delete Management Card: Entra *Programming Password#8, then swipe the card.

• Method 3 (By User Code): Entra *Programming Password#3 User Code# to delete a user's card.
• Suprimeix tots els usuaris: Entra *Programming Password#4 Programming Password# to delete all registered users.

Combined Door Opening Method (RFID Card + Password):

• Activar: Entra *Programming Password#021#.
• Apagar: Entra *Programming Password#020#.

Mode normalment obert:

• Activar: Swipe a valid card or enter a valid password, then press 0#. The door will remain unlocked.
• Apagar: Swipe a valid card or enter a valid password again. The door will return to normal locked mode.

Modify Public Unlocking Password:

The default public unlocking password is 7890.

• Canviar la contrasenya: Entra *Programming Password#2 New Password# New Password#*.

Modificar la contrasenya de programació:

The default programming password is 123456.

• Canviar la contrasenya: Entra *Programming Password#9 New Programming Password# New Programming Password#*.

Restaura la configuració de fàbrica:

• Restaura: Entra *Programming Password#6 Programming Password#*. This will reset all settings to default.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your access control system, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Neteja: Wipe the keypad and other components with a soft, damp drap. Eviteu productes de neteja abrasius o dissolvents que puguin danyar la superfície.
• Connexions: Reviseu periòdicament totes les connexions del cablejat per assegurar-vos que estiguin ben fixades i que no presentin corrosió.
• Actualitzacions de programari: Keep your Tuya APP updated to the latest version to benefit from new features and security enhancements.
• Keyfobs: Store RFID keyfobs in a safe place to prevent loss or damage.

8. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your QttyElok Wifi Tuya Door Access Control System, refer to the common problems and solutions below:

• El sistema no respon:
  • Comproveu les connexions de la font d'alimentació.
  • Ensure the power supply is providing the correct voltage (12V CC).
• RFID Card Not Working:
  • Ensure the card is properly registered in the system (refer to Section 5.2).
  • Verify the card is being swiped within the optimal reading distance (0-5cm).
  • Check if the card is damaged.
