1. Introducció

The Gaoducash Smart Door and Window Sensor provides enhanced home security by detecting the opening and closing of doors and windows. This wireless contact sensor integrates with your home Wi-Fi network, sending instant alerts to your smartphone via the Smart Life or Tuya Smart app. It is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for convenient voice control and can be programmed for smart home automation scenarios.

4. Configuració i instal·lació

4.1 Descàrrega de l'aplicació i creació de compte

1. Descarrega't el Vida intel·ligent or Tuya Smart aplicació des de l'App Store (iOS) o Google Play Store (Android).
2. Registra't per obtenir un compte nou o inicia la sessió si ja en tens un.

4.2 Emparellament de dispositius

1. Assegureu-vos que el vostre telèfon intel·ligent estigui connectat a un Xarxa Wi-Fi de 2.4 GHz. 5 GHz networks are not supported.
2. Obre l'aplicació Smart Life o Tuya Smart.
3. Toqueu la icona "+" a la cantonada superior dreta per afegir un dispositiu.
4. Select "Security & Video Surveillance" > "Contact Sensor (Wi-Fi)" or search for "Door Sensor".
5. Follow the in-app instructions to put the sensor into pairing mode. This usually involves pressing and holding a button on the sensor until an indicator light flashes.
6. Confirm the indicator light is flashing rapidly in the app.
7. Enter your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network password.
8. Wait for the device to connect. Once connected, you can rename the sensor for easy identification (e.g., "Front Door Sensor").

4.3 Instal·lació física

The sensor consists of two parts: a main unit and a smaller magnet unit. These two parts must be installed in close proximity (within 1 cm) on a door or window and its frame.

1. In the app, navigate to the sensor's settings.
2. Look for the "Share Device" or "Device Sharing" option.
3. Follow the prompts to invite other family members by their app account.

1. Ensure your Alexa or Google Assistant device is set up and linked to your Smart Life/Tuya Smart account.

7. Manteniment

7.1 Substitució de la bateria

The sensor is powered by two AAA batteries. The app will notify you when the battery level is low (≤2.4V).

1. Obriu suaument la unitat del sensor principal casing.
2. Traieu les piles AAA velles.
3. Insert two new AAA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
4. Tanca el casing de manera segura.
5. Test the sensor to confirm it is functioning correctly.

7.2 Neteja

Wipe the sensor units with a dry, soft cloth as needed to remove dust or dirt. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

8. Solució De Problemes

• Sensor no s'està emparellant:
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. 5 GHz networks are not supported.
  • Verify that the sensor is in pairing mode (indicator light flashing rapidly).
  • Comproveu que la contrasenya de la Wi-Fi sigui correcta.
  • Move the sensor closer to your Wi-Fi router during the pairing process.
  • Reinicieu el vostre encaminador Wi-Fi i torneu a intentar l'emparellament.
• No alerts or incorrect status:
  • Check the battery level in the app and replace batteries if low.
  • Ensure the main unit and magnet unit are installed within 1 cm of each other when the door/window is closed.
  • Verify that your phone has an active internet connection and app notifications are enabled.
  • Check the sensor's connection status in the Smart Life/Tuya Smart app.
• Senyal Wi-Fi feble:
  • The sensor's Wi-Fi range may be limited. Consider relocating the sensor or using a Wi-Fi extender if the distance to the router is significant (e.g., beyond 7 meters).

9. Informació de seguretat

• No exposeu el dispositiu a temperatures o humitat extremes.
• No intenteu desmuntar ni reparar el dispositiu vosaltres mateixos. Poseu-vos en contacte amb el servei d'assistència per obtenir ajuda.
• Mantingueu les piles fora de l'abast dels nens. Elimineu les piles usades d'acord amb la normativa local.
