3. Muntatge i muntatge

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your Creality Laser Engraver Enclosure 2.0. Ensure all parts are accounted for before beginning.

3.1 Muntatge del marc

1. Connect the support rods using the provided connectors to form the base frame.
2. Attach the vertical support rods to the corners of the base frame.
3. Connect the top frame using the remaining support rods and connectors. Ensure all connections are secure.

1. Carefully drape the protective cover over the assembled frame.
2. Align the Velcro fasteners on the cover with the frame and secure them to ensure a snug fit.

2. Mount the assembled fan unit to the designated opening on the enclosure. Fix the metal mesh cover on the outside with nuts. Tighten screws with the H2.5 hex key.
3. Connect the exhaust pipe to the fan flange using the throat hoop/clamp. Apretar el clamp with the flat-blade screwdriver.
4. Connect the DC12V power supply to the exhaust fan.

1. Place your laser engraver inside the assembled enclosure.
2. Ensure all cables for your laser engraver are routed through the designated openings in the enclosure.
3. Connect the exhaust pipe to an appropriate ventilation point (e.g., a window or external vent) to direct smoke and odors away from your workspace.
4. Plug in the exhaust fan's power supply.

• Smoke and Odor Control: Activate the exhaust fan before starting your laser engraver. The 4000 RPM high-efficiency fan will extract smoke, particles, and odors, keeping your indoor air fresh.
