1. Introducció
This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the TP-Link LS105GP 5-Port Gigabit Desktop Ethernet Switch with 4-Port PoE+. This device is designed to expand your network capacity and provide Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality to compatible devices.

3.1 Tauler frontal
The front panel features the Ethernet ports and LED indicators.

- Ports 1-5: 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports. Ports 1-4 support PoE+.
- Left LED (per port): Solid Green indicates a Link, Blinking indicates Activity.
- Right LED (per PoE port 1-4): Solid Green indicates PoE Powered, Flashing Green indicates PoE Fault.

- Extend Switch (Port 1-2): When enabled, extends PoE transmission distance up to 250m for ports 1 and 2 at 10 Mbps.
- Recovery Switch (Port 1-4): When enabled, automatically reboots unresponsive PoE-powered devices connected to ports 1-4.
4. Configuració
Follow these steps to set up your TP-Link LS105GP switch:
- Col·locació: Place the switch on a flat, stable surface or mount it to a wall using the provided mounting holes. Ensure adequate ventilation around the device.
- Connectar dispositius de xarxa: Connect your network devices (e.g., computers, routers, NVRs) to the switch's RJ45 ports using Ethernet cables.
- Connecteu els dispositius PoE: For devices requiring Power over Ethernet (e.g., IP cameras, access points, VoIP phones), connect them to ports 1-4. The switch will automatically detect and power these devices if they are 802.3af/at compliant.
- Encès: Connect the provided power adapter to the switch's power input and then plug it into a power outlet. The Power LED on the front panel should illuminate.
- Configure Extend Mode (Optional): If you need to extend the PoE transmission distance for devices connected to ports 1 and 2, set the 'Extend (Port 1-2)' switch on the rear panel to 'On'. Note that this will reduce the port speed to 10 Mbps.
- Configure PoE Auto Recovery (Optional): To enable automatic rebooting of unresponsive PoE devices on ports 1-4, set the 'Recovery (Port 1-4)' switch on the rear panel to 'On'.
The switch is plug-and-play and requires no further configuration for basic operation.
5. Funcionament
Once powered on and connected, the switch operates automatically. Observe the LED indicators for status information:
- LED d'alimentació: A solid light indicates the switch is powered on.
- LED d'enllaç/acció: A solid green light indicates a successful network link. A blinking green light indicates data activity on that port.
- PoE LEDs (Ports 1-4): A solid green light indicates that the connected device is receiving PoE power. A flashing green light indicates a PoE fault, such as overcurrent or short circuit.
- LED PoE Max: This LED illuminates when the total PoE power consumption approaches the maximum budget (65W). If it flashes, it indicates that the total PoE power has exceeded the budget, and some PoE devices may not be powered.
6. Manteniment
Un manteniment adequat garanteix la longevitat i el rendiment òptim del vostre interruptor.
- Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar l'exterior de l'interruptor. No utilitzeu netejadors líquids ni en aerosol.
- Ventilació: Ensure that the ventilation openings are not blocked. Do not place the switch in an enclosed space without airflow.
- Condicions ambientals: Operate the switch within the recommended temperature range of 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F) and humidity range of 10% to 90% non-condensing.
- Font d'alimentació: Only use the power adapter provided with the device.
7. Solució De Problemes
Si teniu problemes amb el commutador, consulteu els problemes i solucions habituals següents:
- Sense energia:
- Assegureu-vos que l'adaptador de corrent estigui connectat correctament a l'interruptor i a una presa de corrent que funcioni.
- Verifiqueu que la presa de corrent funciona connectant-hi un altre dispositiu.
- Sense LED d'enllaç/activitat:
- Comproveu que el cable Ethernet estigui connectat correctament tant al port del commutador com al dispositiu de xarxa.
- Assegureu-vos que el dispositiu de xarxa connectat estigui encès i funcioni correctament.
- Try a different Ethernet cable or port.
- El dispositiu PoE no s'encén:
- Assegureu-vos que el dispositiu PoE sigui compatible amb 802.3af/at.
- Check the PoE LED for the connected port. If it's flashing, there might be a PoE fault.
- Verify that the total PoE power consumption does not exceed the 65W budget. If the PoE Max LED is on or flashing, disconnect some PoE devices or use a non-PoE port.
- If 'Extend Mode' is enabled, ensure the device is compatible with 10 Mbps speed.
- If 'Recovery Mode' is enabled, the device might be in a reboot cycle.
- Velocitat de xarxa lenta:
- Assegureu-vos que tots els dispositius i cables connectats siguin compatibles amb Gigabit Ethernet per a un rendiment òptim.
- If 'Extend Mode' is enabled, the speed for ports 1 and 2 is limited to 10 Mbps. Disable it if higher speeds are required and the distance allows.
