Manteniment

Resolució de problemes

Sense energia:

Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the router and a working power outlet. Check the power button on the rear panel.

Verify that SIM cards are correctly inserted and activated. Check cellular signal strength LEDs. Ensure your NetCloud plan is active.

No Internet Connection (Wired WAN):

Wi-Fi Not Broadcasting:

Check the Wi-Fi LED. Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in the NetCloud Manager configuration.

To perform a factory reset, use a paperclip to press and hold the reset button on the rear panel for approximately 10 seconds while the device is powered on. Warning: This will erase all custom configurations.
