4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega de la bateria

Before first use, fully charge the battery. Insert the battery pack (BSL36A18BX) into the charger (UC18YDL2). The charger's indicator light will show the charging status. Once charging is complete, remove the battery from the charger.

4.2 Instal·lació de la bateria

Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the tool handle and slide it in until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely latched before operation.

4.3 Connectar un sòcol

Push the desired hex socket onto the anvil of the impact wrench until it locks securely. To remove, pull the socket firmly away from the anvil.

4.4 Connecting via Bluetooth (Optional)

The WR36DH features Bluetooth connectivity with the HiKOKI TOOLS app. This allows for customized settings such as rotation speed, auto-stop time, and LED light illumination time.

1. Download the "HiKOKI TOOLS" app from your smartphone's app store.
2. Ensure the Bluetooth battery (BSL36A18BX) is installed in the tool.

5. Funcionament

5.1 Power and Torque Settings

The WR36DH offers four levels of rotation speed (power) settings, which can be adjusted via the tool's mode selector or through the HiKOKI TOOLS app. The maximum tightening torque is 350 N·m, and the maximum loosening torque is 650 N·m.

5.2 Auto-Stop Function (Forward Rotation)

This function automatically stops the tool after a preset time, preventing overtightening of nuts. The auto-stop time can be set from 0.1 to 10 seconds in 0.1-second increments via the HiKOKI TOOLS app.

5.3 Auto-Slow Function (Reverse Rotation)

The auto-slow function detects when a nut is loosened and automatically reduces the rotation speed, preventing the nut from falling off unexpectedly. This feature enhances safety and efficiency during disassembly.

5.4 Work Efficiency

The WR36DH offers excellent work efficiency. For example, with a BSL36A18BX battery, it can tighten approximately 280 M16 x 55 (F10T) bolts or approximately 50 M12 foundation bolts (cypress wood, pre-drilled hole φ21mm) on a single charge.

5.5 Speed Comparison

Compared to previous models, the WR36DH significantly improves tightening and loosening speeds. For foundation bolt tightening (M12, cypress wood, pre-drilled hole φ21mm), it is approximately 1.3 times faster. For loosening M20 (F10T) bolts tightened to 600 N·m, it is more than 2 times faster.

6. Manteniment
