2. Instruccions de seguretat

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and a dust mask, when operating the tool.

3. Configuració

3.1 Càrrega de l'eina

The HARDELL Mini Rotary Tool is equipped with a 3.7V lithium battery and a Type-C charging port for convenient and fast charging. Ensure the tool is fully charged before first use.

• Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the tool's charging port.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).

3.2 Col·locació d'accessoris

Follow these steps to securely attach accessories to your rotary tool:

1. Press the spindle lock button and unscrew the nut at the front of the tool.
2. Select the appropriate collet for your accessory and insert it into the nut.
3. While holding the spindle lock button, insert the desired accessory into the collet.
4. Tighten the nut securely by hand while still pressing the spindle lock button. Do not overtighten.

3.2.1 Attaching a Sanding Band

1. Insert the sanding drum into the mandrel and tighten the screw.
2. Loosen the screw on the sanding drum.
3. Install the sanding band onto the drum.
4. Press the spindle lock button and tighten the sanding drum screw with the provided wrench.

3.2.2 Attaching an HSS Cutting Disc / Sanding Paper

1. Insert the wheel mandrel into the collet and tighten the nut.
2. Unscrew the wheel mandrel screw.
3. Install the wheel mandrel and assemble the HSS cutting disc or sanding paper.
4. Press the spindle lock button and tighten the wheel mandrel screw with the provided wrench.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Encès/Apagat

To turn the tool on or off, press the On/Off button located on the tool body. The LED indicators will light up to show the current speed setting.

4.2 Control de velocitat

The tool features 5 variable speed settings (5000/8000/11000/14000/18000 rpm) for different applications. Use the speed control buttons (+ and -) to adjust the rotation speed.

• Press the '+' button to increase the speed.
• Press the '-' button to decrease the speed.
• The LED indicators will show the selected speed level.

The tool has a smart speed memory function, which will remember your last speed setting when turned off and on again.

4.3 Llum de treball LED

5. Manteniment

• Neteja: Netegeu regularment les obertures de ventilació de l'eina per evitar l'acumulació de pols. Feu servir un drap suau i sec. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius ni netejadors abrasius.
• Cura d'accessoris: Inspeccioneu els accessoris abans de cada ús per detectar desgast o danys. Substituïu els accessoris desgastats per garantir un rendiment i una seguretat òptims.
• Emmagatzematge: Store the tool and its accessories in the provided carrying case in a dry, clean place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Cura de la bateria: Per a l'emmagatzematge a llarg termini, carregueu la bateria aproximadament al 50% cada 3-6 mesos per mantenir-la en bon estat.
• Protecció de sobrecàrrega: The tool features overload protection. If the tool stops unexpectedly, allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
