Configuració

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed from the oven and accessories. Place the Nuwave Bravo XL Pro on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface with adequate clearance from walls and other appliances for proper ventilation. Wash all accessories (cooking racks, crumb tray, baking pan, broiler rack, air fry basket, smart thermometer) with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before first use.

Insert the pull-out crumb tray at the bottom of the oven. Position the cooking racks or other accessories according to your recipe's requirements. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Smart Probe Cooking

For precise cooking of meats and poultry, use the integrated Smart Digital Thermometer. The oven will automatically stop cooking once the target internal temperature is reached.

• Insert the Smart Thermometer probe into the thickest part of your food, avoiding bone.
• Plug the probe into the designated "Probe" port on the control panel.
• Select your desired cooking function (e.g., Roast, Grill).
• Press the "PROBE" button and use the dial to set the target internal temperature.
• Press "START/PAUSE" to begin cooking. The display will show the current internal temperature.
