1. Introducció

• A stable and fast Wi-Fi connection is crucial. Ensure your PlayStation Portal is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
• Minimize network congestion by reducing other devices using bandwidth on your network.
• For optimal performance, connect your PS5 console to your router via an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi.

Ensure your PS5 console is not fully powered off. It must be either powered on or in Rest Mode for the PlayStation Portal to connect. Also, confirm that Remote Play is enabled in your PS5 system settings.
