Configuració i instal·lació
The Lars i-Size car seat features universal installation using the vehicle's 3-point seat belt. Follow these steps for correct installation:
- Position the Car Seat: Place the car seat on the desired vehicle seat in a forward-facing orientation. Ensure it sits flat and stable against the vehicle's backrest.
- Route the Seat Belt (Lap Section): Pull out the vehicle's 3-point seat belt. Guide the lap section of the seat belt through the designated red belt guides located on both sides of the car seat's base. Ensure the belt lies flat and is not twisted.
- Buckle the Seat Belt: Insert the seat belt buckle tongue into the vehicle's buckle receiver until it clicks securely.
- Route the Seat Belt (Shoulder Section): Guide the shoulder section of the seat belt through the red belt guide near the headrest. The belt should pass over the child's shoulder and across their chest, not their neck.
- Tighten the Seat Belt: Pull the shoulder belt firmly to remove any slack from both the lap and shoulder sections. The car seat should be tightly secured and move minimally (no more than 1 inch) at the belt path.
