Before first use, please inspect the product for any damage. Ensure all components are present and intact. The back wrap consists of an outer plush casing and a removable inner clay bead pouch.
Preparing for Hot Therapy:
- Remove the inner clay bead pouch from the back wrap's outer casing. The pouch is accessible via a Velcro opening.
- Place the inner pouch in a microwave. It is recommended to place 1/2 cup of water alongside the pouch in the microwave to prevent drying.
- Heat for 60 seconds initially. Carefully check the temperature. If more heat is desired, continue heating in 15-second increments, ensuring not to overheat. The maximum recommended heating time is 2 minutes.
- Once heated to your desired temperature, carefully place the warm inner pouch back into the outer plush casing.
Preparing for Cold Therapy:
- Remove the inner clay bead pouch from the back wrap's outer casing.
- Place the inner pouch inside a plastic bag to protect it from moisture.
- Place the bagged pouch in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until desired coldness is achieved.
- Once chilled, remove the pouch from the plastic bag and carefully place it back into the outer plush casing.

Once the inner pouch is prepared for either hot or cold therapy and placed back into the outer casing, the back wrap is ready for use.
- Position the back wrap on the desired area of your back or stomach.
- Securely wrap and fasten the adjustable elastic strap around your waist for a snug and comfortable fit. The strap uses Velcro for easy adjustment.
- Enjoy the soothing hot or cold therapy. The weighted effect of the clay beads provides additional comfort.
