4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega del dispositiu

4.2 Connecting Electrode Pads and Wires

4.3 Applying Electrode Pads

1. Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils before applying the pads.
2. Remove the electrode pads from their protective film.
3. Place the pads firmly on the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact with the skin.
4. For optimal results, place pads at least one inch apart. Refer to the Electrode Placement Guide for specific recommendations.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Encès/Apagat

Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side or top of the device) for a few seconds to turn the unit ON or OFF.

5.2 Selecting Modes (TENS, EMS, DIY)

1. After powering on, the device will display the current mode.

5.4 Using DIY Mode

The DIY mode allows for personalized therapy by customizing parameters:

1. Select DIY mode using the MENÚ botó.
2. Utilitza el MENÚ button again to cycle through adjustable parameters: Programs (21-24), Frequency (10-450 Hz), Pulse Width (80-450 us), and On/Off Time (10-300 seconds).
3. Utilitza el Fletxes amunt/avall to adjust the values for each parameter.

5.5 Configuració del temporitzador

The device features an adjustable timer from 10 to 90 minutes. The default session time is typically 20 minutes. To adjust:

1. While in a program, locate the timer setting on the screen.

• Do not place electrodes over the heart, on the head, face, throat, or any broken or irritated skin.
• Avoid placing electrodes directly over joints where movement can cause them to detach.
• Place electrodes at least one inch apart.
• For TENS, place pads around the painful area. For EMS, place pads on the muscle belly.
