1. Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, setup, and operation of the DieseRC Wi-Fi+RF Smart Roller Shutter Controller Module. This module is designed to integrate traditional roller shutters, awnings, or AC motors into a smart home system, allowing control via a mobile application, RF remote, or voice commands.

2. Informació de seguretat

WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Installation should only be performed by a qualified electrician or in accordance with local electrical codes.

• Ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker before installation, maintenance, or removal of the device.
• Do not exceed the maximum load rating of 10A (inductive load max 5A).

4. Especificacions

5. Instal·lació

Before proceeding with installation, ensure the main power supply is turned off at the circuit breaker to prevent electric shock.

5.1 Esquema de cablejat

The module supports 4-wire AC motors. Refer to the diagrams below for correct wiring with or without a traditional panel switch.

Passos de cablejat:

1. Desconnecteu l'alimentació: Turn off the main power supply to the circuit you are working on.
2. Connecteu l'entrada d'alimentació: Connect the Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires from your AC power supply to the corresponding L and N terminals on the module.
3. Connect Motor: Connect the AC motor's wires to the L1 (Up), L2 (Down), and N (Neutral) terminals on the module. Ensure the motor's ground wire is properly connected to the electrical system's ground.
4. Connect Panel Switch (Optional): If using a traditional panel switch, connect its wires to the S1 and S2 terminals on the module, and the common wire to the L terminal.

6. Configuració

6.1 Instal·lació i emparellament de l'aplicació

The module is compatible with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life applications.

1. Descarregar l'aplicació: Download the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" app from your smartphone's app store (available for Android and iOS). Alternatively, scan the QR code below.

2. Registra't/Inici de sessió: Obre l'aplicació i registra un compte nou o inicia la sessió amb un d'existent.
3. Introduïu el mode de vinculació: After powering on the module, it should automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by a rapidly blinking Wi-Fi indicator light). If not, press and hold the learning button on the module for 5 seconds until the light blinks rapidly.
4. Afegeix un dispositiu: A l'aplicació, toca "+" per afegir un dispositiu nou. Selecciona "Interruptor de cortina" o "Interruptor d'obturador" de la llista de dispositius.
5. Connecta't a Wi-Fi: Follow the in-app instructions to connect the module to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone is also connected to the same 2.4GHz network.
6. Canvia el nom del dispositiu: Once successfully added, you can rename the device for easier identification (e.g., "Living Room Blinds").

6.2 Emparellament remot RF

This module supports RF 433MHz remote controls with EV1527 learning code.

1. Entra al mode d'aprenentatge: Press the learning button on the receiver module una vegada.
2. Parella el comandament a distància: Immediately press any button on your RF remote transmitter. The module's indicator light will flash to confirm successful pairing.

Note: The module can store approximately 20 transmitters. Some units may come pre-paired from the factory.

6.3 Clearing RF Signal

To clear all paired RF remote controls from the module:

1. Clear Signal: Press the learning button on the receiver module 8 vegades. The indicator light will flash to confirm the signal has been cleared.

Note: After resetting, any previously paired RF transmitters will no longer control the module.

7. Funcionament

7.1 Control d'aplicacions (Tuya Smart / Smart Life)

Once the module is paired with the app, you can control your roller shutters from anywhere with an internet connection.

• Obrir tancar: Use the virtual buttons in the app to fully open or close the shutters.
• Percenttage Control: Adjust the shutter position to a specific percentage (e.g., 50% open). The motor will automatically stop when it reaches the set position.

• Programació i temporitzadors: Set up schedules for automatic opening and closing at specific times (e.g., open at 8:00 AM, close at 10:00 PM). You can also set countdown timers.

7.2 Control de veu

Integrate the module with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for hands-free control.

1. Enllaça el compte: In the Alexa or Google Home app, link your Tuya Smart/Smart Life account.

Control remot RF 7.3

Use a paired 433MHz RF remote control for local operation. The strong RF signal can pass through walls, floors, and doors, offering a control range of 30-50 meters in open areas.

7.4 Manual Switch Control

If a traditional panel switch is wired to the module, you can continue to use it for manual control of your roller shutters.

9. Solució De Problemes

• El mòdul no respon: Check power connections and ensure the module is receiving power. Verify wiring according to the diagrams.
