1. Introducció

The DrumFit WayHome 1400 Sprint is designed for home fitness, offering a compact and versatile solution for walking and running exercises. It features an adjustable speed range, multiple preset programs, and a convenient folding design for easy storage.

2. Informació important de seguretat

Before using the treadmill, please observe the following safety precautions:

• Consulteu sempre amb un metge abans de començar qualsevol nou programa d'exercicis.
• Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface with adequate clearance around it (at least 2 meters behind and 1 meter on each side).
• Ensure the safety key is properly attached to both the treadmill and your clothing before beginning your workout. The treadmill will stop if the safety key is disengaged.

4. Muntatge i muntatge

The Cecotec DrumFit WayHome 1400 Sprint Treadmill requires some assembly. Please follow these steps carefully:

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check the parts list to ensure all items are present.
2. Estabilització de la base: Place the main base frame on a level surface.
3. Upright Frame Installation: Attach the upright support frames to the base. Secure them with the provided bolts and tools.
4. Control Panel Attachment: Mount the control panel onto the top of the upright frames. Connect any necessary cables as indicated in the assembly diagram (refer to the included assembly guide for detailed diagrams).
5. Handrail Assembly: Secure the handrails to the upright frames.

4.1 Manual Incline Adjustment

The treadmill features a manual incline system with 3 levels. To adjust the incline:

• Ensure the treadmill is off and unplugged.
• Locate the incline adjustment mechanism at the rear of the treadmill deck.
• Lift the running deck slightly and adjust the support pins to the desired incline level. Ensure both sides are set to the same level for stability.
• Lower the deck gently until it locks into place.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Tauler de control acabatview

The LCD control panel allows you to monitor and control your workout. It displays speed, time, distance, and calories burned.

5.2 Començar un entrenament

1. Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the main power switch (if present) is on.
2. Attach the safety key clip to your clothing and insert the safety key into its designated slot on the control panel. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key.
3. Puja als rails laterals de la cinta de córrer.
4. Press the "START" button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
5. Puja amb compte a la cinta de córrer i comença a caminar.

5.3 Ajust de la velocitat

Use the speed control buttons (+ i -) on the control panel to increase or decrease the belt speed. The speed range is from 1 to 14 km/h.

5.4 Ús de programes predefinits

The treadmill includes 12 preset programs designed to vary your workout intensity. To select a program:

• From the standby mode, press the "PROGRAM" button to cycle through the available programs (P1-P12).
• Once you have selected your desired program, press "START" to begin the workout. The treadmill will automatically adjust speed according to the program's profile.

5.5 Monitorització de la freqüència cardíaca

To monitor your heart rate, grip the heart rate sensors located on the handrails. Your heart rate will be displayed on the LCD screen after a few seconds.

5.6 Aturar un entrenament

To stop the treadmill, press the "STOP" button. The belt will gradually slow down and come to a complete stop. Alternatively, pulling the safety key will immediately stop the treadmill.

6. Manteniment i cura

Un manteniment regular garanteix la longevitat i el rendiment òptim de la cinta de córrer.

• Neteja: Netegeu les superfícies de la cinta de córrer amb anuncisamp drap després de cada ús. Eviteu productes de neteja o dissolvents abrasius.
• Lubricació de corretja: The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and wear. Refer to the specific lubrication instructions in the full user manual for your model. Typically, this involves applying silicone lubricant under the belt every few months, depending on usage.
• Tensió i alineació de la corretja: Comproveu la tensió i l'alineació de la corretja de rodament regularment. Si la corretja rellisca o es desplaça cap a un costat, ajusteu-la segons les instruccions del manual d'usuari complet.
• Emmagatzematge: When not in use, the treadmill can be folded vertically for compact storage. Ensure it is securely locked in the folded position. Use the transport wheels to move it.
