5. Configuració

5.1. Instal·lació

5.2. Descàrrega de l'aplicació i creació de compte

The Homcloud Telecamera WiFi Speed 16T 2K operates with the Homcloud app or the Smart Life app. Both are available for iOS and Android devices.

1. Descarrega l'aplicació: Cerca "Homcloud" or "Smart Life" in the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).

5.3. Vinculació de dispositius

Follow these steps to add your camera to the app:

1. Encès: Ensure the camera is powered on and the indicator light is blinking rapidly (indicating pairing mode). If not, press and hold the reset button for 5-10 seconds until it blinks rapidly.
2. Afegeix un dispositiu: Open the Homcloud/Smart Life app, tap the "+" icon (usually in the top right corner) to add a device.
3. Seleccioneu el tipus de dispositiu: Choose "Security & Video Surveillance" then "Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)".
4. Indicador de confirmació: Confirm that the indicator light is blinking rapidly in the app.
5. Introduïu els detalls del Wi-Fi: Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
6. Escaneja el codi QR: The app will generate a QR code. Hold your phone approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) in front of the camera lens until you hear a prompt sound from the camera.
7. Connexió: Once the camera connects, the indicator light will turn solid blue. The app will confirm the successful addition of the device.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1. En directe View

From the app's home screen, tap on your camera's name to access the live video feed. You can view foo en temps realtage de la teva càmera.

Enable Smart Tracking in the camera settings within the app. When activated, the camera will automatically detect and follow moving objects within its field of view, keeping them centered in the frame.

6.4. Àudio bidireccional

Toca la icona del micròfon en directe view to speak through the camera's speaker. Tap the speaker icon to listen to audio from the camera's microphone. Note that communication is not simultaneous; you must switch between speaking and listening.

6.5. Visió nocturna

The camera features Starlight Color Night Vision, providing clear, full-color images even in low-light conditions. This mode activates automatically when ambient light is insufficient. Standard infrared night vision is also available for complete darkness.

6.6. Enregistrament i emmagatzematge

• Targeta MicroSD: Insert a microSD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot. The camera supports 24/7 continuous recording or event-triggered recording. Format the card via the app settings.

• La càmera no es connecta a la Wi-Fi:
  • Assegureu-vos que la vostra xarxa Wi-Fi sigui de 2.4 GHz. Les xarxes de 5 GHz no són compatibles.
  • Verifiqueu que la contrasenya del Wi-Fi sigui correcta.
  • Place the camera closer to your Wi-Fi router during setup.
  • Reset the camera by pressing the reset button until the indicator light blinks rapidly, then try pairing again.
