Configuració
Càrrega inicial
- Col·loqueu els dos auriculars a la caixa de càrrega.
- Connecteu el cable de càrrega USB tipus C al port de càrrega de la carcassa i a una font d'alimentació.
- The LED indicator on the charging case will show charging status. A full charge for the case takes approximately 2 hours. Earbuds charge in about 30 minutes.
Vinculació amb un dispositiu

- Obre l'estoig de càrrega. Els auriculars entraran automàticament en mode d'emparellament, cosa que s'indicarà amb un LED intermitent als auriculars.

- Cerca "Soaiy SR10" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, the earbud LED indicators will turn off or show a steady light (refer to specific LED behavior in the product's quick start guide if available).
- Els auriculars es tornaran a connectar automàticament a l'últim dispositiu emparellat quan es treguin de l'estoig, si el Bluetooth està activat al dispositiu.

Manteniment
Neteja
- Feu servir un drap suau, sec i sense borrissol per netejar els auriculars i l'estoig de càrrega.
- No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius, alcohol ni dissolvents químics.
- Netegeu regularment els contactes de càrrega tant dels auriculars com de la funda per garantir una càrrega correcta.
Emmagatzematge

Resistència a l'aigua
The earbuds are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against splashing water from any direction. They are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain or swimming.

Resolució de problemes
Problemes comuns i solucions
- Auriculars que no s'emparellan:
- Assegureu-vos que els dos auriculars estiguin carregats.
- Place them back in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.
- Desactiva i activa el Bluetooth al dispositiu.
- Forget "Soaiy SR10" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- Només funciona un auricular:

- Try placing both earbuds back in the charging case, closing the lid, and then taking them out again simultaneously.
