Instruccions de funcionament

Inici de la cinta de córrer:

1. Step onto the treadmill belt carefully.
2. Press the START button on the control panel or remote control. The treadmill will typically start at a low speed.
3. Adjust the speed using the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel or remote. The speed range is 1-6 km/h.
4. For initial use, it is recommended to start at a low speed to adapt to the movement.

Using the APP and Bluetooth:

• Download the designated "MSI Blueplayer" application from your device's app store.
• Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and pair it with the treadmill.
• Through the app, you can control speed, track workout data, and access various exercise programs.
• The integrated Bluetooth speaker allows you to play music during your workout.

• Press the STOP button on the control panel or remote control. The treadmill will gradually slow down and stop.
• Always wait for the belt to come to a complete stop before stepping off.
