Introducció
The GEYA Auto Recloser is an advanced safety device designed to automatically restore power after an unexpected trip of a Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) or Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB). This device significantly reduces the need for manual intervention, thereby decreasing maintenance costs and improving operational efficiency by promptly addressing electrical faults.
It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including power grid terminal lines, unattended mobile phone base stations, elevators, air conditioners, smart homes, smart factories, and new energy vehicle charging stations.

Configuració i instal·lació
The GEYA Auto Recloser is designed for easy integration with existing circuit breaker systems. It can be installed alongside an RCCB or MCB on a DIN rail.
Muntatge de components
The auto recloser module (GRD9L-R) is designed to connect directly to an RCCB or MCB. Ensure proper alignment and secure connection between the units.

Cablejat Example
Follow the wiring diagram carefully to ensure correct and safe installation. Connect the power supply (L and N) to the designated terminals on the recloser and the RCCB/MCB. The load should be connected to the output terminals of the RCCB/MCB.

Instruccions de funcionament
Selecció del mode
The device features a selector switch for choosing between automatic and manual operation modes.
- Mode AUTOMÀTIC: The auto reclosing function is enabled. The device will automatically attempt to reclose the circuit breaker after a trip.
- MANU Mode: The auto reclosing function is disabled. The MCB/RCCB can only be opened and closed manually.

Automatic Reclosing Logic
The auto recloser is designed to attempt reclosing multiple times with increasing delays to ensure stability and identify persistent faults. The reclosing sequence is as follows:
- 1st Trip: Automatically closes after 10 seconds.
- 2nd Trip: Automatically closes after 60 seconds.
- 3rd Trip: Automatically closes after 300 seconds (5 minutes).
If continuous closing failure occurs within 15 minutes after the 3rd trip, the reclosing module will send an alarm through the auxiliary contact, and the circuit breaker will remain in the OFF/break status. The program clears accumulated closing times if the interval between two closings exceeds 15 minutes, or after a manual reset.

Llums indicadores
- When powered on, the green indicator will flash for 2 seconds to wait for the power supply to stabilize, then stay on.
- If the RCCB/MCB fails to trip, the red indicator light will be on.
- During auto reclosing delay, the red indicator will flash. After the delay, it will switch on automatically and the green light will be on again.
Manteniment
Regular maintenance ensures the optimal performance and longevity of your GEYA Auto Recloser. It is recommended to perform a monthly test to verify its functionality.
Prova mensual
To perform a monthly test, ensure the device is in AUTO mode and press the "Test Monthly" button. This will simulate a leakage signal and trigger the reclosing sequence. Observe if the device trips and recloses according to the automatic reclosing logic.
Funció de bloqueig
For safety during maintenance or inspection, the device includes a locking function. When the lock function is activated, the RCCB cannot be closed. This prevents accidental re-energization of the circuit.
