3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the main display unit.

3.2 Emparellament de sensors

The main unit and remote sensor should automatically pair once batteries are installed. If pairing does not occur, ensure the sensor is set to the desired channel (1, 2, or 3) before inserting batteries. Place the main unit and sensor close to each other for 2-3 minutes during initial connection.

3.3 Remote Sensor Placement

For optimal performance and accurate readings, consider the following guidelines for placing your remote sensor:

• Place the sensor 1.2 to 2.4 meters (4 to 8 feet) above the ground.
• Ensure the sensor is in a permanently shaded area, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the sensor 1.5 to 2 meters (5 to 6.5 feet) away from electronic devices (TV, computer, microwave, radio, etc.) to avoid interference.
• Avoid placing the sensor near heat sources or vents.
• Mount the outdoor sensor vertically. Do not place it horizontally or directly on the ground.

6.1 Sensor Malfunction After Battery Installation

If the outdoor sensor's red light does not flash after installing new batteries, or if the main unit does not receive data:

1. Ensure you are using brand new batteries. Do not mix new and old batteries.
2. Verify that the batteries are inserted with correct polarity.
3. Check the channel selection on the remote sensor.
4. Bring the main unit and sensor closer together to re-establish connection.
