Introducció

The HENDI UNIQ Chafing Dish, designed by Robert Bronwasser and winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2024, is an advanced appliance for keeping food warm at buffets and events. It features a digital control panel for precise temperature management and an integrated glass lid for convenience.

• Unitat principal: The base of the chafing dish containing the heating element and digital control panel.
• GN1/1 Container: A removable stainless steel food pan (100mm height) designed to fit inside the main unit.
• Integrated Glass Lid: A tempered glass lid with a heat-resistant handle, designed to retain heat and moisture.
• Panell de control digital: Located on the front of the main unit, displaying temperature and operating time.

Configuració

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Col·locació: Place the main unit on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other heat sources, ensuring adequate ventilation.
3. Insert GN Container: Place the empty GN1/1 container into the main unit. Ensure it sits securely.
4. Connectar l'alimentació: Plug the power cord into a suitable 220V/700W grounded electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Encès: Press the power button on the digital control panel. The display will show the current temperature and operating time.
2. Temperatura establerta: Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired warming temperature between 35°C and 85°C. The display will show the set temperature. The unit will automatically heat up to this temperature. The last set temperature is saved for future use.
3. Afegir menjar: Once the desired temperature is reached, carefully place the pre-cooked, warm food into the GN1/1 container.
4. Tanca la tapa: Close the integrated glass lid to maintain the food's temperature and moisture.
5. Seguiment: The digital display will show the actual temperature of the food and the elapsed operating time.
6. Apagar: When finished, press the power button to turn off the unit. Unplug from the power outlet.

Manteniment i Neteja

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your chafing dish.

1. Desconnecteu l'alimentació: Desendolleu sempre la unitat de la presa de corrent i deixeu-la refredar completament abans de netejar-la.
2. Remove GN Container: Carefully lift out the GN1/1 container. Wash it with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. It is dishwasher safe.
3. Neteja la unitat principal: Netegeu l'exterior de la unitat principal amb anuncisamp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Do NOT immerse the main unit in water.
4. Tapa de vidre neta: Wash the glass lid with warm, soapy water. Ensure the heat-resistant handle is also cleaned. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
5. Emmagatzematge: Store the chafing dish in a clean, dry place when not in use.
