Configuració
Setting up your MaXpray M1 is designed to be user-friendly. Follow these steps to prepare your sprayer for use.
- Muntar el polvoritzador: Connect the paint hose to the sprayer's outlet. Attach the spray gun to the other end of the paint hose. Ensure all connections are tightened with the provided wrenches to prevent leaks.
- Insert Spray Tip: Properly insert the AtoMax 515 Spray Tip into the spray tip guard. Screw and tighten the spray tip guard assembly onto the gun.
- Adjust Pressure Control: Turn the pressure control knob to the lowest setting for priming.
- Plug into Grounded Outlet: Make sure the power switch is OFF before plugging the sprayer into a grounded outlet.

The MaXpray M1 is designed for efficient operation with minimal thinning required for most paints.
- Cebada de la bomba: Submerge the suction tube into your paint bucket (1 or 5 gallon). Check the prime/spray valve is in the PRIME position. Turn the power switch ON. Press the push-start valve twice to activate priming. The sprayer is primed when there is a steady stream of paint flowing.
- Ajust de pressió: Once primed, turn the pressure control knob to your desired spray pressure.
- Comenceu a ruixar: Ensure the spray/prime valve is in the SPRAY position. Engage the gun trigger lock, then pull the trigger to begin spraying. Maintain a consistent distance from the surface for even coverage.

Manteniment
Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your MaXpray M1 sprayer.
- Neteja ràpida: After each use, attach the Flush-Ease Valve to the material hose and water hose. Let water run through the system for about 10 minutes to flush out paint residue.
- Neteja a fons: For deeper cleaning, disassemble the spray gun and tip. Use the provided cleaning kit (brushes and wrenches) to remove any dried paint or clogs. Soak components in appropriate cleaning solution if necessary.
- Emmagatzematge: Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling and storing the sprayer in a cool, dry place.
