- The radiator has an IP24 rating, indicating protection against splashing water. However, it should not be immersed in water or exposed to direct water jets.
- Regularly inspect the power cord and plug for any damage. If damaged, contact qualified personnel for repair or replacement.

4. Instal·lació
The BESTHERM FREYA radiator is designed for wall-mounted installation. Ensure the chosen location allows for proper air circulation and is away from flammable materials.
Passos de muntatge:
- Unpack the radiator and check for any damage.
- Choose a suitable wall location, ensuring sufficient clearance from floors, ceilings, and adjacent walls as per local regulations.
- Feu servir el suport de muntatge proporcionat com a plantilla per marcar els punts de perforació a la paret.
- Perfora forats i introdueix tacs de paret (si cal).
- Securely attach the mounting bracket to the wall.
- Carefully hang the radiator onto the mounting bracket, ensuring it is level and securely fixed.

5. Connexió elèctrica
Important: Electrical connection must be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure the main power supply is disconnected before commencing any wiring work.
This appliance is designed for a three-phase connection. Always connect the Neutral (Blue wire) and the Phase (Brown or Red wire).
- Filferro blau: Connecteu-vos al neutre.
- Brown (or Red) Wire: Connect to Phase.
- Fil negre: Connect this wire ONLY for control via a central thermostat (Pilot Wire system). If not using a central thermostat, insulate this wire and do not connect it.
- NO CONNECTEU A TERRA. This appliance does not require a ground connection.

- Pilot Wire Modes: If connected to a central thermostat via the Pilot Wire, you can utilize 6 distinct modes for advanced control.

The radiator is equipped with a window open detection feature. If a sudden drop in temperature is detected (indicating an open window), the radiator will temporarily pause heating to prevent energy waste. Heating will resume automatically once the window is closed or after a set period.
7. Manteniment
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your BESTHERM FREYA radiator, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Neteja: Disconnect the radiator from the power supply before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
