To control your Cinnado D1 camera, you need to download the companion application. Scan the QR code below or search for 'Wansview Cloud' in your device's app store.

2.2 Powering On and Initial Pairing
Connect the camera to a power source using the provided Type-C USB cable and power adapter. The camera will power on automatically.
Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network. The Cinnado D1 camera only supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, not 5Ghz Wi-Fi.
- Plug in the camera. Keep your phone connected to a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network.
- Follow the in-app guide to connect your camera.
If you encounter issues during initial setup or need to re-pair the camera, you may need to reset it. Refer to the Troubleshooting section for details on how to reset the camera.

The camera supports both local SD card storage (up to 128GB, SD card not included) and optional cloud storage. Continuous recording can be achieved with an SD card. Cloud storage offers a 30-day trial, and all videos uploaded to the cloud are encrypted for security.

4.2 Sharing Camera Access
You can share access to your camera with family and friends. The shared person needs to download the Wansview Cloud app and create their own account.

- Fill in the shared account details (email or phone number).
- Select the desired share settings (permissions for live view, motion alerts, etc.).
- The shared account will receive an invitation. They must click Rebre per acceptar.
- Note: The sharing link expires after 30 minutes. If expired, resend the invitation.
To manage or cancel shared access:

5. Manteniment

The camera supports a Micro SD card up to 128GB for continuous local recording. The SD card slot is typically located by gently tilting the camera lens upwards.

- Format: It is recommended to format the SD card through the app settings before first use and periodically to ensure optimal performance.

6.1 When to Reset the Camera
You may need to reset your camera in the following situations:
- When connecting the camera for the first time and it doesn't enter pairing mode automatically.
- If the indicator light shows unusual behavior (e.g., constant red, blinking quickly, or no light when it should be active).

6.2 How to Reset the Camera
There are two methods to reset the camera:
- Physical Reset: Locate the reset button on the camera (often a small pinhole). Use a pin or a thin object to press and hold the reset button for 5 to 10 seconds until you hear a prompt or see the indicator light change.
- Factory Reset via App (if online): If the camera is online and accessible through the app, go to Configuració > Gestió de dispositius > Restabliment de fàbrica.

6.3 Problemes de connectivitat
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz. The camera does not support 5Ghz Wi-Fi.
- Verify the camera is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
