- Locate the USB charging port on the control unit.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the port and a suitable power source.
- The battery indicator on the control panel will show charging status.
- A full charge provides up to 160 minutes (8 cycles) of use.
Attaching the Massager
- Ensure the massager is powered off.
- Position the main unit over your knee, elbow, or shoulder.
- Use the adjustable straps to secure the massager firmly but comfortably. The straps are designed to fit up to a 28" thigh circumference.
- If additional length is needed for larger areas, utilize the included strap extenders.

Inserting the Cold Therapy Pack
- Freeze the provided cold therapy pack.
- Locate the sewn-in internal pouch holder within the massager.
- Carefully slip the frozen pack into the holder for cold massage therapy.
