1. Primers passos

1.2 Instal·lació de la targeta SIM i l'emmagatzematge

Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray. Insert your 5G-compatible Nano-SIM cards and/or a microSD card (up to 1TB) into the designated slots. Ensure the tray is securely reinserted to maintain water and dust resistance.

1.3 Engegada i configuració inicials

Press and hold the Power button until the OUKITEL logo appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

The WP33 Pro features a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080x2408 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is protected by sturdy Corning Gorilla Glass 5, offering enhanced scratch and drop resistance.

3.1 Gestió de l'energia

• Encès/apagat: Press and hold the Power button. Select 'Power off' or 'Restart' from the menu.
• Bloqueig/desbloqueig de pantalla: Briefly press the Power button to lock/unlock the screen. Use fingerprint or face unlock for secure access.

3.2 Funcions de seguretat

The customizable button on the left side can be configured to perform various actions with a single press, double press, or long press. Navigate to Settings > Smart Assistant > Customizable Key to set your preferred functions.

In emergencies, the SOS button can be configured to send a distress message and/or call pre-selected contacts. Set up this feature in Settings > Security > SOS Emergency.

8. Manteniment i cura

• Neteja: Utilitzeu un suau, damp drap per netejar el dispositiu. Eviteu productes químics agressius o materials abrasius.
• Actualitzacions de programari: Regularly check for system updates in Settings > System > System update to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Condicions ambientals: While rugged, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight to prolong battery life and device longevity.

9. Solució De Problemes

9.1 Problemes comuns

• El dispositiu no s'encén: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to the charger for at least 30 minutes.
• Problemes de connectivitat de xarxa: Check SIM card installation. Restart the device. Verify network settings in Settings > Network & internet.
• Rendiment lent: Close background applications. Clear cache. Restart the device.
