1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Eeese Emma Dehumidifier. This appliance is designed to efficiently remove excess moisture from the air, creating a healthier and more comfortable indoor environment. It features quiet operation, low power consumption, and smart functions for ease of use. Please read this manual carefully before operating the unit and keep it for future reference.

2. Instruccions de seguretat importants

• Llegiu totes les instruccions abans d'utilitzar l'aparell.

4. Configuració

4.1 Desembalatge

1. Traieu amb cura el deshumidificador del seu embalatge.
2. Traieu tots els materials d'embalatge, les cintes i les pel·lícules protectores.
3. Inspeccioneu la unitat per detectar qualsevol dany. Si està danyada, no la feu funcionar i poseu-vos en contacte amb el servei d'atenció al client.

4.2 Col·locació

• Place the dehumidifier on a firm, level surface to prevent vibrations and water leakage.
• Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of unobstructed space around the air inlet and outlet for optimal airflow.
• The Eeese Emma Dehumidifier is suitable for rooms up to 50 m².
• This unit is IPX4 rated, making it suitable for use in bathrooms and other damp ambients.

4.3 Connexió d'alimentació

• Ensure the power cord is fully extended and free from kinks.
• Connecteu el cable d'alimentació a una presa de corrent correctament connectada a terra.

4.4 Drenatge continu (opcional)

For continuous operation without needing to empty the water tank, you can connect a drain hose (often included) to the unit.

1. Locate the continuous drainage outlet at the back of the dehumidifier (refer to Figure 3.3).
2. Connect one end of the drain hose to this outlet.
3. Lead the other end of the hose to a suitable drain, ensuring it is sloped downwards to allow water to flow out freely.
4. Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Funcions del tauler de control

Vegeu la Figura 3.1 per veure la disposició del panell de control.

• Botó d'encesa: Premeu per encendre o apagar el deshumidificador.
• Botó de configuració d'humitat: Press to adjust the desired humidity level (e.g., 30% to 80% Relative Humidity). The unit will operate until the set humidity is reached.
• Botó del temporitzador: Press to set the auto-on or auto-off timer (e.g., 1-24 hours).
• Botó de mode de repòs: Activates Sleep Mode, reducing fan speed and noise level for quiet operation (approx. 35 dB(A)).
• Botó de bloqueig infantil: Press and hold to activate/deactivate the child lock, preventing accidental changes to settings.
• Visualització: Mostra la humitat actual, la humitat configurada o la configuració del temporitzador.
• Indicador d'aigua plena: Illuminates when the water tank is full, and the unit automatically stops operating.

5.2 Encès/Apagat

Press the Power button once to turn the unit ON. Press it again to turn the unit OFF.

5.3 Configuració de la humitat desitjada

When the unit is ON, press the Humidity Setting button repeatedly to cycle through desired humidity levels. The unit will automatically maintain the set humidity level.

5.4 Funció de temporitzador

The timer function allows you to set a specific time for the unit to automatically turn ON or OFF.

• Apagat automàtic: With the unit ON, press the Timer button to set the desired number of hours (1-24) after which the unit will turn off.
• Activació automàtica: With the unit OFF, press the Timer button to set the desired number of hours (1-24) after which the unit will turn on.

5.5 Mode de repòs

Press the Sleep Mode button to activate quiet operation. The fan speed will decrease, and the display lights may dim to minimize disturbance, making it ideal for use in bedrooms.

6. Manteniment

Un manteniment regular garanteix un rendiment òptim i allarga la vida útil del deshumidificador.

6.1 Neteja del filtre d'aire

The Eeese Emma Dehumidifier features a washable air filter. Clean the filter regularly (e.g., every two weeks or as needed) to maintain efficiency.

1. Apagueu i desconnecteu el deshumidificador.
2. Remove the air filter cover from the back of the unit (refer to Figure 3.3).
3. Traieu amb cura el filtre d'aire.
4. Wash the filter with mild soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Deixeu que el filtre s'assequi completament a l'aire abans de tornar-lo a inserir a la unitat. No utilitzeu un assecador ni l'exposeu a la llum solar directa.
6. Torneu a col·locar la coberta del filtre d'aire.

6.2 Buidar i netejar el dipòsit d'aigua

When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and the Water Full indicator will illuminate. Empty the tank promptly.

1. Apagueu i desconnecteu el deshumidificador.
2. Traieu amb cura el dipòsit d'aigua de la unitat.
3. Aboqueu l'aigua recollida.
4. Clean the inside of the tank periodically with mild detergent and water to prevent mold or mildew growth. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Reinsert the empty water tank firmly into the unit. Ensure it is properly seated to allow the unit to resume operation.

6.3 Neteja de l'exterior

Netegeu l'exterior del deshumidificador amb un damp tela. No utilitzeu productes químics aggressivs ni netejadors abrasius.

6.4 Emmagatzematge

Si emmagatzema la unitat durant un període prolongat:

• Ensure the water tank is empty and clean.
• Netegeu el filtre d'aire.
• Desendolla el cable d'alimentació i enrotlla'l amb cura.
• Guardeu la unitat en posició vertical en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
