6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Començar un entrenament
- Ensure the treadmill is plugged into a grounded power outlet.
- Attach the safety key clip to your clothing and insert the safety key into its designated slot on the console.
- Step onto the treadmill belt, holding onto the handlebars for balance.
