4. Configuració

The MERACH Mini Twist Stepper comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps for initial setup:

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for potential future transport or storage.
2. Col·locació: Place the stepper on a flat, stable, non-slip surface. Ensure adequate space around the unit for safe operation.
3. Attach Resistance Bands (Optional): If desired, attach the resistance bands to the designated hooks on the front of the stepper. Ensure they are securely fastened.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Ajust de la resistència

The stepper's resistance can be adjusted using the central knob:

• Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout.
• Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease resistance for an easier workout.

5.4 Proper Stepping Technique

To maximize effectiveness and minimize injury risk:

• Stand upright with your feet centered on the pedals.
• Maintain a slight bend in your knees and engage your core.
• Push down evenly on each pedal, allowing for the natural twist motion.
• Keep your movements controlled and fluid.
• Avoid locking your knees at the top of the step.

6. Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your stepper:
