2. Informació de seguretat

Seguiu sempre les precaucions de seguretat bàsiques quan utilitzeu aparells elèctrics per reduir el risc d'incendi, descàrrega elèctrica o lesions.

• Llegiu totes les instruccions abans d'utilitzar l'aparell.
• No l'utilitzeu a l'aire lliure ni sobre superfícies humides.
• No permetre que s'utilitzi com a joguina. Cal prestar molta atenció quan l'utilitzen nens o a prop dels nens.

4. Configuració

4.1 Muntatge

1. Attach the Power Head: Align the power head with the bottom of the extension tube and push firmly until it clicks into place.
2. Attach the Main Unit: Align the main unit (motor/dust bin) with the top of the extension tube and push firmly until it clicks into place.
3. Instal·la la bateria: If the battery is separate, slide it into the battery compartment on the main unit until it clicks. Ensure it is securely seated.

4.2 Càrrega de la bateria

Before first use, fully charge the battery. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours.

2. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the battery or the main unit (if charging in place).
3. The LCD display will indicate charging status. When fully charged, the display will show 100%.

4.3 Instal·lació de muntatge a la paret (opcional)

El suport de paret inclòs permet un emmagatzematge i una càrrega convenients.

1. Choose a suitable location near a power outlet, ensuring it is at a height that allows the vacuum to hang freely.
2. Marqueu els punts de perforació utilitzant el suport de paret com a plantilla.
3. Perfora forats i introdueix els tacs de paret (si cal per al tipus de paret).
4. Fixeu el suport de paret a la paret amb els cargols proporcionats.
5. Hang the vacuum cleaner on the wall mount. The charging port on the main unit can align with the charging connector on the mount (if applicable) or you can plug the adapter directly into the battery.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Engegada/Apagada i Selecció de Mode

• To turn on, press the power button located on the main unit.
• The vacuum will start in ECO mode. Press the mode selection button to cycle through AUTO and MAX modes.
• Per apagar-lo, torneu a prémer el botó d'engegada.

5.2 Understanding Power Modes and Runtime

• Mode ECO: Provides sufficient suction for light cleaning tasks with an extended runtime of up to 80 minutes. Ideal for daily quick clean-ups.
• Mode AUTOMÀTIC: Intelligently adjusts suction levels based on floor type and debris, offering an impressive 45 minutes of runtime. Suitable for general cleaning.
• Mode MAX: Delivers maximum power for stubborn dirt and deep cleaning, with a runtime of approximately 15 minutes. Use for heavily soiled areas.

5.3 Ús com a aspiradora de mà

The Gtech AirFOX Platinum easily converts into a handheld vacuum for versatile cleaning.

1. Press the release button at the top of the extension tube to detach the main unit.
2. Attach desired accessory (crevice tool, brush tool, upholstery tool, or flexible tool) directly to the main unit's suction inlet.
3. Proceed with cleaning stairs, upholstery, car interiors, or other hard-to-reach areas.

5.4 Ús d'adjunts

The various attachments enhance the cleaning capabilities of your vacuum.

6. Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Gtech AirFOX Platinum.

6.1 Buidar el contenidor de pols

Empty the dust bin when the 'bin full' indicator appears on the LCD display or when debris reaches the MAX fill line.

1. Assegureu-vos que l'aspiradora estigui apagada.
2. Locate the dust bin release button on the main unit. Press it to detach the dust bin.
3. Position the dust bin over a waste bin. Press the dust bin release latch to open the bottom flap and empty contents.
4. Close the flap securely and reattach the dust bin to the main unit until it clicks.

6.2 Neteja del filtre

The filter should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction power. It is recommended to clean the filter monthly or more frequently with heavy use.

1. Traieu el contenidor de pols tal com s'ha descrit anteriorment.
2. Twist and pull out the filter assembly from the dust bin.
3. Doneu cops suaus al filtre sobre una paperera per eliminar la pols solta.
4. Esbandiu el filtre amb aigua freda corrent fins que l'aigua surti clara. No feu servir detergents.
5. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Ensure it is completely dry to prevent damage to the motor.
6. Reassemble the filter and dust bin, then reattach to the main unit.

6.3 Cleaning the Motorised Brush Bar

Periodically check the brush bar for tangled hair or debris and remove as necessary.

1. Assegureu-vos que l'aspiradora estigui apagada i desconnectada del carregador.
2. Turn the power head upside down.
3. Locate the brush bar release mechanism (usually a latch or screw on the side). Open it to remove the brush bar.
4. Carefully cut away any tangled hair or threads using scissors.
5. Wipe the brush bar and its housing with a dry cloth.
6. Reinsert the brush bar and secure the release mechanism.
