4. Muntatge i muntatge

Assembly of the G21 California BBQ Gas Grill is required. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the separate assembly guide for step-by-step procedures. Ensure all connections are tight and secure before proceeding to gas connection.

1. Desembalatge: Remove all components from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
2. Muntatge de la base: Assemble the base frame and attach the four wheels, ensuring the two wheels with brakes are positioned correctly for stability.

4. Side Shelf Installation: Attach the side shelves, including the one with the integrated side burner.
5. Components interns: Place the flame tamers, cast iron grill grates, and cast iron plate into their designated positions within the grill box.
6. Gas Hose Connection: Connect the pressure reducer to the gas bottle connection hose, and then connect the hose to the grill's gas inlet. Ensure all gas connections are tightened securely.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Gas Cylinder Connection

Ensure the gas cylinder valve is closed before connecting the pressure reducer. Connect the pressure reducer to the gas cylinder valve by turning the coupling nut clockwise until it is hand-tight. Do not overtighten. Perform a leak test before first use and after every gas cylinder change.

5.2 Leak Test Procedure

Mix a solution of equal parts liquid dish soap and water. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position. Open the gas cylinder valve slowly. Apply the soap solution to all gas connections (hose to regulator, regulator to cylinder, hose to grill inlet). If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close the gas cylinder valve immediately and tighten the connection. Repeat the test. If leaks persist, do not use the grill and contact customer support.

5.3 Ignition Procedure

2. Push in and turn one of the main burner control knobs to the "HIGH" position.
3. Press and hold the electronic ignition button (if applicable) or use a long lighter to ignite the burner.
4. Once the burner is lit, release the control knob.
5. Repeat for other main burners as needed.
6. To ignite the side burner, follow a similar procedure using its dedicated control knob.

5.4 Control de temperatura

The G21 California BBQ features an integrated thermometer in the lid for monitoring internal grill temperature. Adjust the burner control knobs to regulate the heat output. Lower settings reduce flame size and temperature, while higher settings increase them.

6.1 Després de cada ús

• Reixes per a graelles: Once the grill has cooled, brush off any food residue from the cast iron grates using a grill brush. For stubborn residue, wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
