This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new earbuds.

The earbuds are designed for an ergonomic fit, ensuring comfort during extended use. The charging case not only protects your earbuds but also provides additional battery life on the go.

4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status.

4.2 Emparellament amb el dispositiu

The ZIPFORCE True Wireless Earbuds feature one-step auto-pairing for convenience.

1. Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin carregats.
2. Obre l'estoig de càrrega. Els auriculars entraran automàticament en mode d'emparellament.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Controls tàctils

The earbuds are equipped with sensitive touch controls for easy management of music and calls.

• Reproduir/pausa: Toqueu una vegada a qualsevol dels auriculars.
• Següent cançó: Fes doble toc a l'auricular dret.
• Cançó anterior: Fes doble toc a l'auricular esquerre.
• Respondre/Finalitzar la trucada: Toqueu una vegada a qualsevol dels auriculars.
• Rebutja la trucada: Prem llargament qualsevol dels auriculars durant 2 segons.

To charge your ZIPFORCE True Wireless Earbuds and their case:

• Torna a col·locar els auriculars a l'estoig de càrrega. Començaran a carregar-se automàticament.

7. Manteniment

7.1 Neteja

Una neteja regular ajuda a mantenir un rendiment i una higiene òptims:

• Feu servir un drap suau, sec i sense borrissol per netejar els auriculars i l'estoig de càrrega.
• No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius, dissolvents ni aerosols.
• Gently clean the ear tips and speaker mesh with a cotton swab to remove earwax or debris.

7.2 Resistència a l'aigua

The earbuds are rated IPX6 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against high-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and use in light rain.

• No submergiu els auriculars a l'aigua.
• The charging case is not water-resistant. Keep it dry.

8. Solució De Problemes

Si teniu algun problema amb els auriculars, consulteu les solucions habituals següents:

• Auriculars que no s'emparellan:
  • Assegureu-vos que els dos auriculars estiguin carregats.
  • Desactiva i activa el Bluetooth del dispositiu.
  • Forget "ZF Luna Pro" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then open and try again.
• No se sent cap so d'un auricular:
  • Assegureu-vos que els dos auriculars estiguin carregats.
  • Prova de tornar a col·locar els dos auriculars a la funda, tancar la tapa i tornar-los a treure.
  • Netegeu els contactes de càrrega tant dels auriculars com de la funda.
