4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega dels auriculars i l'estoig

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Use the provided USB Type-C cable to connect the charging case to a power source.

• Col·loqueu els auriculars a la caixa de càrrega.
• Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power adapter.

• ASAP Charging: A 10-minute charge provides approximately 150 minutes of playtime.

4.2 Emparellament amb el dispositiu

1. Obre l'estoig de càrrega. Els auriculars entraran automàticament en mode d'emparellament.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Controls tàctils

The boAt Airdopes 311 Pro features intuitive touch controls on each earbud for managing calls, music, and voice assistant functions.

• Reproduir/pausa: Un sol toc a qualsevol dels auriculars.
• Pista següent: Toqueu dues vegades l'auricular dret.
• Pista anterior: Toqueu dues vegades l'auricular esquerre.
• Respondre/Finalitzar la trucada: Un sol toc a qualsevol dels auriculars.
• Rebutja la trucada: Premeu llargament qualsevol dels auriculars.
• Activa l'Assistent de veu: Toqueu tres vegades qualsevol dels auriculars.

5.2 Call Management with Dual Mics

Un manteniment adequat garanteix la longevitat i el rendiment dels teus auriculars.

6.1 Neteja

• Netegeu suaument els auriculars i l'estoig de càrrega amb un drap suau, sec i sense borrissol.
• No utilitzeu productes químics o materials abrasius.
• Remove ear cushions and clean them separately with mild soap and water if necessary, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.

6.2 Resistència a l'aigua

The earbuds are rated IPX4, providing resistance against water splashes and sweat. They are not designed for submersion in water.

• Avoid exposing the earbuds to heavy rain or direct water jets.
• Do not wear them while swimming or showering.
• If they get wet, wipe them dry immediately before placing them back in the charging case.

7. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your boAt Airdopes 311 Pro, try the following solutions:

• Sense so: Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin carregats i correctament emparellats. Comproveu el volum del dispositiu.
• No es pot emparellar: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Place earbuds back in case, close, then reopen to re-enter pairing mode. Forget previous pairings on your device.
• Un auricular no funciona: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open again. This often re-syncs them.
• Problemes de càrrega: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is active. Clean charging contacts on earbuds and case.
• Qualitat de trucada baixa: Ensure earbuds are clean and positioned correctly. Check for strong Bluetooth signal.
