3. Muntatge

Your PowerSmart lawn mower is designed for quick and easy assembly, often requiring no tools.

2. Muntatge del mànec: Unfold the handle and secure it in the upright position using the provided knobs or levers. Ensure all cables are properly routed and not pinched.
3. Accessori per a bossa d'herba: Assemble the grass bag if necessary, then attach it to the rear discharge opening of the mower.
4. Afegeix oli de motor: Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick. Fill the engine with the recommended type and amount of engine oil (typically SAE 30 or 10W-30, refer to engine manual for exact specifications). Do not overfill.

4. Funcionament

4.1. Arrencada del motor

The Briggs and Stratton 550e engine is equipped with Prime 'N Pull for easy starting.

1. Assegureu-vos que el cable de la bugia estigui ben connectat.
2. Push the primer bulb 3-5 times (or as recommended by the engine manufacturer) until fuel is visible in the bulb.
3. Stand behind the mower, firmly grasp the starter handle, and pull the rope with a rapid, continuous motion until the engine starts.

4.2. Ajust de l'alçada de tall

The mower features a single-lever 6-position height adjustment for precise cutting.

• With the engine off, locate the height adjustment lever near the wheels.
• Pull the lever outwards and move it to the desired cutting height position. Ensure all wheels are set to the same height.
• The 6 positions allow for cutting heights suitable for various grass types and conditions.

4.3. Self-Propelled Operation

The rear-wheel drive self-propelled system provides improved traction and reduces effort during mowing.

• To engage the self-propel function, squeeze the self-propel bail bar towards the main handle.
• Release the bail bar to disengage the self-propel function and stop the mower's forward motion.
• The mower operates at a single speed of approximately 3.9-4.2 km/h.

4.4. 3-in-1 Cutting Options

Your mower offers three versatile cutting options: bagging, mulching, and side discharge.

• Ensacat: Attach the grass bag to collect clippings for disposal or composting.
• Mulching: Remove the grass bag and close the side discharge chute. The mower will finely cut and redistribute clippings back onto the lawn as natural fertilizer.
• Descàrrega lateral: Attach the side discharge chute to direct clippings away from the mower. This is useful for taller grass or when bagging is not desired.

5. Manteniment

• Oli de motor: Check oil level before each use and change according to the engine manual's schedule (typically after the first 5 hours, then every 25-50 hours).
• Filtre d'aire: Inspect and clean the air filter regularly. A dirty air filter can reduce engine performance. Replace if damaged.
• Bujía: Inspect the spark plug annually. Clean or replace as needed to ensure reliable starting.
