Configuració

Activació inicial

Your watch comes with a battery installed. To activate, remove any protective film from the display and ensure all buttons move freely.

Configuració de l'hora i la data

  1. Manteniu premut el botó SET button (usually located on the top left or right) until the time display flashes.
  2. Utilitza el MODE or AJUSTAR buttons to cycle through hours, minutes, seconds, year, month, and day.
  3. Utilitza el INICI/PARA or VOLTA/RESET buttons to increase or decrease the flashing value.
  4. Premeu SET again to confirm each setting and move to the next, or to exit the setting mode.

  1. From Time mode, press MODE until 'CHRONO' or 'STOPWATCH' appears.

  3. Premeu VOLTA/RESET to record a lap time while the chronograph is running. The watch has a 500-lap memory.

  5. Premeu VOLTA/RESET (while paused) to reset the chronograph to zero.

The watch features an interval timer with six customizable segments for structured workouts.

  1. Access the Timer mode using the MODE botó.

  3. Ús INICI/PARA to begin and pause the timer.

Alarmes

The Timex IRONMAN T300 includes three independent alarms.

Manteniment

Neteja

Resistència a l'aigua

The watch is water resistant to 50 meters (165 feet). This means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming. It is no suitable for diving, snorkeling, or high-impact water sports. Do not operate buttons underwater.

Canvi de bateria

The watch uses a CR2025 Lithium-metal battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained. If replacing yourself, ensure the gasket is properly seated and the case back is securely fastened.

Resolució de problemes
