Introducció

This manual provides essential instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Poly Edge E220 IP Phone. Please read this guide thoroughly to ensure proper use and to maximize the features of your device.

Configuració

1. Desembalatge i comprovació de components

2. Connexions físiques

1. Connecteu el telèfon: Plug one end of the coiled cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the phone base.
2. Connexió de xarxa: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the phone and the other end to your network switch or router. The phone supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), eliminating the need for a separate power adapter if your network supports PoE.
3. Power Connection (if not using PoE): If PoE is not available, connect a compatible power adapter (sold separately) to the power port on the back of the phone and then to a power outlet.

3. Desk Stand and Wall Mounting

The phone can be used on a desk with its integrated stand or mounted on a wall. The stand can be adjusted to different angles for optimal viewing. For wall mounting, use the integrated wall mount bracket on the back of the phone.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Funcions de trucada bàsiques

• Fer una trucada: Agafeu el telèfon o premeu Altaveu button. Dial the number using the keypad and press the Marqueu or Enviar button (if applicable).

2. Keypad and Navigation

The phone features a standard numeric keypad and dedicated function buttons. Use the navigation cluster (up, down, left, right arrows, and OK button) to navigate through menus on the 2.8" color display.

3. Speakerphone, Mute, and Volume

• Altaveu: Premeu el botó Altaveu button to activate or deactivate the speakerphone.

The Poly Edge E220 features integrated Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting compatible headsets. To pair a Bluetooth headset:

6. Multi-line Features

The phone supports up to 16 lines and contacts, accessible via 4-line keys and a pagination key. This allows for efficient handling of multiple calls and contacts simultaneously.

Manteniment

1. Neteja

Per netejar el telèfon, feu servir un drap suau iamp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. The device is enhanced with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, which actively reduces the growth of bacteria on its surfaces.

2. Atenció general

Keep the phone away from excessive moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Do not attempt to disassemble the phone, as this will void the warranty.
