The Saker V90 is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery. For optimal performance, fully charge the device before its first use and whenever the battery indicator shows low power.

• Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the vacuum sealer.
• Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.

Preparing Vacuum Bags

The Saker V90 features a convenient built-in cutter, allowing you to customize bag sizes from the included roll of vacuum sealer bags.

2. Place the bag roll into the designated slot within the machine.
3. Pull out the desired length of bag material. Ensure you leave enough length for sealing both ends and accommodating the food item, plus an additional 2-3 inches.
4. Use the built-in cutter to cut the bag to your custom size.
5. To create a bag from a roll, first seal one end using the 'SEAL' mode (refer to Operating Instructions).

Operating the Vacuum Sealer

The Saker V90 offers three distinct modes to cater to various food preservation requirements:

• Mode AUTOMÀTIC: This mode automatically vacuums air from the bag and then seals it.
• Mode MANUAL: This mode provides user control over the vacuum duration. You can stop the vacuum process at any point before initiating the seal.
• SEAL Mode: This mode seals bags without removing air, suitable for delicate items or creating custom-sized bags from a roll.

Operació pas a pas

1. Place the food item inside a vacuum sealer bag, ensuring there is at least 2-3 inches of empty space from the top edge of the bag to the food.

3. Position the open end of the bag flat across the sealing strip, ensuring it is fully within the vacuum channel.
4. Close the lid firmly until both sides click securely into place.

   • Mode AUTOMÀTIC: Press the "VACUUM" button. The machine will automatically remove air and then seal the bag. Important: Wait for the indicator light to turn off completely before opening the lid to ensure the seal is finalized.
   • Mode MANUAL: Press and hold the "MANUAL" button to vacuum. Release the button when the desired vacuum level is reached, then press the "SEAL" button to seal the bag.
   • SEAL Mode: Press the "SEAL" button to seal the bag without vacuuming. This is suitable for bags that do not require air removal.
6. After the indicator light turns off (for AUTO/MANUAL modes), press the release buttons on the sides of the machine to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

Using the Vacuum Hose (External Vacuuming)

The included vacuum hose allows you to vacuum seal compatible external containers or jars, expanding your food preservation options.

1. Connect one end of the vacuum hose to the accessory port located on the side of the vacuum sealer.
2. Connect the other end of the hose to the vacuum port on your compatible container or jar.
3. Select the appropriate vacuum mode (usually AUTO or MANUAL, depending on the container's specific requirements).
4. Once vacuuming is complete, remove the hose from both the machine and the container.

• Always ensure the device is unplugged and turned off before cleaning.
