4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega de la màquina d'afaitar

1. Connect the SmartPlug to the charging stand or directly to the shaver.
2. Plug the SmartPlug into an electrical outlet.
3. Place the shaver in the charging stand or connect it directly to the SmartPlug. The battery indicator will show the charging status.
4. A full charge provides up to 60 minutes of cordless shaving. A 5-minute quick charge is sufficient for one shave.

4.2 Ús inicial

5.1 Afaitar-se

The Braun Series 8 Pro 8513s can be used for both dry and wet shaving.

2. Afaitat humit: Apply shaving foam or gel to your face. The shaver is 100% waterproof and can be used under the shower.
3. Move the shaver against the direction of hair growth, holding it at a right angle (90°) to your skin. Apply gentle, even pressure.

5.2 Ús del ProTrimmer

The integrated ProTrimmer is ideal for shaping sideburns, moustaches, and for trimming longer hairs before shaving.

1. To activate the ProTrimmer, slide the precision switch upwards. This locks the shaver head for precise control.
2. Use the trimmer to define lines or reduce the length of longer hairs.
3. After use, slide the precision switch back down to unlock the shaver head.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Neteja de l'afaitadora

1. Quick Cleaning (after each shave): Turn off the shaver. Rinse the shaver head under hot running water until all residue is removed. You can use liquid soap without abrasive particles.
2. Neteja a fons (setmanal): Remove the shaver head. Tap out any loose hair. Use the provided cleaning brush to clean the inner parts of the shaver head and the shaver body. Do not use the brush on the foil itself, as this can damage it. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

7. Solució De Problemes

• Shaver does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the shaver to the power adapter and try again.
• Rendiment d'afaitat reduït: Clean the shaver head thoroughly. The shaver head might be worn; consider replacing it (recommended every 18 months).
