1. Introducció
This manual provides detailed instructions for the HPRT T260LR 2-Inch Bluetooth Portable Label Printer. 2. Què hi ha a la caixa

3. Configuració
3.1. Encès / apagat
- To power on, press and hold the power button located on the side of the printer for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.
3.2. Càrrega de paper d'etiquetes
- Open the printer cover by gently pulling it outward with both hands.
- Insert the label paper roll into the compartment. Ensure the print side (thermosensitive layer) faces upwards. The printer supports label widths ranging from 0.8 to 2 inches (20-50mm).
- Lift the paper guide lever and adjust the paper guide to match the width of your label paper.
- Press the lever down to lock the paper guide in place.
- Pull out a short length of paper beyond the paper outlet and close the cover. The printer will automatically feed the paper and roll it back, preparing for printing.

3.3. Instal·lació de l'aplicació i connexió Bluetooth
- Download the 'HereLabel' app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS). You can also scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or visit hm.hprt.com/en/download/?from=T21.
- Assegureu-vos que el Bluetooth estigui habilitat al vostre telèfon mòbil.
- Open the 'HereLabel' app. Tap on the 'Not connected' option, usually found at the top of the screen.
- From the list of available Bluetooth devices, select 'HM-T260LR-XXXX' (where XXXX represents the last four digits of your printer's Bluetooth address) to connect.

4.1. Creating and Customizing Labels
The 'HereLabel' app offers extensive customization options:
- Select a Template: Choose from recommended templates under 'Current Consumables' or tap 'New' to start from scratch.
- Insert Elements: The app supports various elements including text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, icons, tables, lines, and shapes.
- Customize Elements: Adjust font, font size, font effects (bold, italic, underline), and element position on the label.

4.2. Impressió d'etiquetes
Un cop hàgiu acabat el disseny de l'etiqueta:
- Review la preimpressióview in the app to ensure the layout is correct.
- Ajusteu el nombre de còpies si cal.
- Tap the 'Print' button to send the label design to your HPRT T260LR printer.

6. Manteniment
6.1. Neteja del capçal d'impressió
Per mantenir la qualitat d'impressió, netegeu regularment el capçal d'impressió:
- Assegureu-vos que la impressora estigui apagada i desconnectada de qualsevol font d'alimentació.
- Obriu la coberta de la impressora.
- Netegeu suaument el capçal d'impressió amb un bastonet de cotóampamb alcohol isopropílic.
- Deixeu que el capçal d'impressió s'assequi completament abans de tancar la tapa i engegar la impressora.
6.2. Cura de la bateria
The printer contains a Lithium Ion battery. To prolong battery life:
- Eviteu descarregar completament la bateria amb freqüència.
