1. Introducció

The Irfora HT609PRO is a professional handheld combustible gas detector designed for fast and reliable detection of flammable gas leaks. It also integrates high-precision temperature and humidity sensors to measure the current environment's relative humidity and temperature. This versatile instrument is essential for professionals requiring accurate gas leak detection and environmental monitoring.

2.2. Components del dispositiu

• Gas Sensor Probe: Located at the top, extends for detection.
• Pantalla LCD: Shows gas concentration, temperature, humidity, sensitivity level, and battery status.

3. Configuració

3.1. Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del dispositiu.
2. Feu lliscar o desenganxeu la coberta per obrir-la.
3. Insert 3 x 1.5V AAA Alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Col·loqueu la coberta del compartiment de la bateria amb seguretat.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1. Encendre/apagar

• Per encendre, premeu i manteniu premut button until the display illuminates. The device will undergo a warm-up period of approximately 30 seconds, indicated by "WAIT..." on the screen.

4.2. Gas Leak Detection

1. After warm-up, the device is ready for detection.
2. Extend the telescopic sensor probe to the desired length.
3. Move the sensor probe slowly around the area where a gas leak is suspected.
4. The device will provide visual (screen color change) and audible (buzzer) alarms if combustible gas is detected. The screen will change colors based on the measured concentration value.
5. The response time is typically ≤500ppm: Approx. 5sec; >500ppm: Approx. 2sec.

4.3. Ajust de sensibilitat

Premeu el botó SENS button to cycle through the three sensitivity levels:

• SENS-L (Low Sensitivity): For general detection in areas with higher background gas levels.
• SENS-M (Medium Sensitivity): Standard detection for most applications.
• SENS-H (High Sensitivity): For detecting very small leaks or in areas requiring maximum precision.

4.4. Mesura de temperatura i humitat

The device features an automatic power-off function to conserve battery life. Press the APO button to toggle this feature on or off. When active, the device will automatically shut down after a period of inactivity.

6. Manteniment

6.1. Neteja

Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the casing or display. Ensure the sensor probe is kept clean and free of debris.

When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace all three AAA batteries promptly to ensure accurate readings and proper device function. Refer to Section 3.1 for battery installation instructions.

6.3. Emmagatzematge

When not in use for extended periods, store the device in its provided storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if storing for more than one month to prevent leakage.

7. Solució De Problemes

• Ensure the sensor probe is clean and unobstructed.
• Verify that the gas being detected is one of the combustible gases listed in the specifications.
