- Charge/Activate: Ensure the watch has sufficient power. If the display is blank, expose it to light or press any button to activate.
- Download CASIO WATCHES App: Install the official CASIO WATCHES app on your smartphone from your device's app store.

On the watch, press and hold the CONNECTA button (usually bottom-left) until the Bluetooth icon flashes or "PAIRING" appears.

Using the Step Tracker:
- The watch automatically counts steps when worn.
- In Step Tracker Mode, the display shows your current step count and a graphic indicating progress towards your daily goal.
- Daily step goals can be set via the CASIO WATCHES app.
- The watch may provide a step reminder alert if activity levels are low for an extended period.

- Navigate to Stopwatch Mode.
- Premeu el botó COMENÇA button (bottom-right) to start/stop the stopwatch.
- Premeu el botó VOLTA/RESET button (front-bottom) to record lap times while the stopwatch is running.

Manteniment
- Neteja: Wipe the watch case and band with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly, then dry.
- Resistència a l'aigua: The watch is 100M water resistant. It is suitable for swimming and showering, but avoid operating buttons underwater. Do not use in hot water or saunas.
- Exposició a la temperatura: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 60°C) or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Productes químics: Keep the watch away from gasoline, cleaning solvents, aerosols, adhesives, paints, etc., as they may damage the resin case and band.
