This versatile audio system combines modern and classic audio playback options, including CD, cassette, Bluetooth, AM/FM radio, USB, and AUX input. This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.

The unit features a top-loading CD compartment, a front-loading cassette deck, an LCD display, integrated speakers, and various control buttons. An extendable antenna is located at the rear for radio reception. Input ports for USB and AUX are also available.

4. Configuració

4.1 Alimentació del dispositiu

Your boombox can be powered by AC electricity or batteries for portability.

  • Alimentació CA: Connect the included AC power cable to the AC input jack on the unit and then to a standard wall outlet.
  • Potència de la bateria: For portable use, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit and insert 6 C-size batteries (not included). Ensure correct polarity. The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries (included).

4.2 Configuració de l'antena

For optimal AM/FM radio reception, extend the telescopic antenna fully. Adjust its position for the clearest signal.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

This section details how to use the various functions of your KLIM Boombox.

5.1 Controls generals

  • Botó d'encesa: Encén o apaga la unitat.
  • Botó de funció/mode: Cycles through available modes: CD, Bluetooth, USB, AM/FM Radio, AUX, Cassette.
  • Control de volum: Ajusta el nivell de sortida d'àudio.

5.2 Reproducció de CD

  1. Obriu la tapa del compartiment del CD.
  2. Place a CD (audio CD or MP3/WMA CD) onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
  3. Tanqueu la tapa del compartiment del CD.
  4. Premeu el botó Funció/Mode button to select CD mode. The LCD display will show 'CD'.
  5. Premeu el botó Reproduir/Pausa per iniciar la reproducció.
  6. Utilitza el Saltar endavant or Saltar cap enrere botons per navegar entre pistes.
  7. Premeu el botó Atureu-vos botó per finalitzar la reproducció.
  8. Funció del programa: En el mode d'aturada, premeu el botó Programa button to create a custom playback sequence for up to 20 tracks.

5.3 Reproducció i gravació de cassets

  7. Premeu el botó Atura / Expulsa button to stop playback and eject the tape.

Recording to Cassette

  1. Inseriu una cinta de casset verge.
  2. Premeu el botó Record (REC) button. The Play button will also engage automatically.
  3. Speak into the built-in microphone or play audio from another source (e.g., radio, CD) if the unit is in that mode.
  4. Premeu el botó Atureu-vos botó per finalitzar l'enregistrament.

Ràdio 5.4 AM/FM

  1. Amplieu l'antena telescòpica.
  2. Premeu el botó Funció/Mode button to select AM or FM Radio mode. The LCD display will show the frequency.
  3. Utilitza el Afinació knob or buttons to scan for stations.

5.5 Connectivitat Bluetooth

  1. Premeu el botó Funció/Mode button to select Bluetooth mode. The LCD display will show 'BT' and flash, indicating it's ready for pairing.
  2. On your external device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select 'KLIM Boombox' from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the 'BT' indicator on the boombox will stop flashing. You can now stream audio wirelessly.

Reproducció USB 5.6

  1. Inseriu una unitat flaix USB al port USB.
  2. Premeu el botó Funció/Mode button to select USB mode. The LCD display will show 'USB'.

5.7 Entrada AUX

5.8 Control remot

The included remote control allows convenient operation from a distance of up to 20 feet. Ensure the remote's batteries are correctly installed (2 AAA batteries).

Connect standard 3.5mm headphones to the headphone jack for private listening. When headphones are connected, the main speakers will be muted.

6. Manteniment

Proper care ensures the longevity of your boombox.

  • Cura de CD/casset: Handle CDs by their edges. Keep cassette tapes away from strong magnetic fields. Clean the CD lens and cassette head periodically with appropriate cleaning kits.
  • Substitució de la bateria: If using battery power, replace all batteries when the sound becomes distorted or the unit stops functioning. Remove batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period.
