4. Configuració i instal·lació
The Optimus DG2 can be installed using either the wired or OBD cable. Ensure the vehicle is turned off before beginning installation.

4.3 Power Connection Options
Choose one of the following methods to power your DG2 device:
4.3.1 OBD-II Port Installation (Recommended for ease of use)
Locate your vehicle's OBD-II port, usually found under the dashboard on the driver's side. Plug the provided OBD installation cable into the port. This method provides power and can detect ignition on/off events.
4.3.2 Wired Installation (For permanent installation with ignition detection)
For a hardwired connection, use the provided wired installation cable. This requires connecting to your vehicle's power source (constant 12V), ground, and an ignition-switched power source. Professional installation is recommended for this method to ensure proper wiring and avoid vehicle electrical issues.
- Fil vermell: Connect to a constant 12V power source.
- Fil negre: Connect to vehicle ground.
- Fil groc: Connect to an ignition-switched power source (ACC).

5. Instruccions de funcionament
Once installed and powered, the Optimus DG2 will automatically begin operation. Access all features through the Optimus tracking platform via web browser or mobile application.
5.1 Activating Your Device and Subscription

5.2 Real-Time GPS Tracking

- Mantenir net: Regularly wipe the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear video recording. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
