Introducció

Welcome to your JLab Go Air Pop+ True Wireless Earbuds. This manual provides essential information to help you get the most out of your new earbuds, covering setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Please read these instructions carefully before use.

Configuració

1. Desembalatge i components

Your JLab Go Air Pop+ package includes:

• 1 Pair of Go Air Pop+ Earbuds
• 1 Charging Case with Integrated USB-C Cable
• 3 Sets of Gel Eartips (Small, Medium, Large)

2. Càrrega dels auriculars i l'estoig

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. The case features an integrated USB-C charging cable for convenience.

1. Plug the integrated USB-C cable into a USB-A power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
2. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. A solid green light indicates a full charge.

3. Emparellament Bluetooth

The earbuds feature automatic power-on and connection. Once removed from the case, they will automatically connect to each other and enter pairing mode.

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and connect to each other.

The JLab Go Air Pop+ earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing audio playback, calls, and sound modes.

2. Custom Sound with JLab App

Manteniment

1. Neteja

Una neteja regular ajuda a mantenir un rendiment i una higiene òptims.

• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.

2. Emmagatzematge

Resolució de problemes

No Audio from One Earbud

• Assegureu-vos que els dos auriculars estiguin carregats.
• Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, then open and remove them to re-establish connection.
• If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the JLab App or online support for specific reset instructions).
