1. Introducció

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective setup, operation, and maintenance of your VEVOR Inflatable Paint Booth. Please read all instructions carefully before use to ensure optimal performance and safety.

4. Instruccions de configuració

Segueix aquests passos per a un muntatge ràpid i fàcil:

1. Desempaquetar el paquet: Carefully remove the inflatable paint booth and all accessories from the storage bag. Lay the booth flat on a clean, level surface.
2. Connect Blowers: Attach the 950W inflation blower to the designated inflation port on the booth. Connect the 750W ventilation blower to its respective port. Ensure connections are secure.
3. Inflate the Booth: Turn on the inflation blower. The booth will begin to inflate rapidly, typically within minutes. Once fully inflated, turn on the ventilation blower to establish airflow.
4. Secure the Booth: Use the provided ground stakes and wind ropes to firmly anchor the booth to the ground. Place sandbags around the base for additional stability, especially in outdoor settings.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The VEVOR Inflatable Paint Booth is designed to provide a clean and controlled environment for painting tasks.

• Sistema de filtració d'aire: The booth features a dual blower system for continuous airflow and three filtration ports. These include primary filters and activated carbon filters designed to block dust, dirt particles, and harmful gases, ensuring a clean workspace and preventing external pollution.
• Funcionament continu: The inflation blower must remain running throughout the entire painting process to maintain the booth's structure and ensure proper air circulation.

6. Manteniment

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and effectiveness of your paint booth.

• Substitució del filtre: Regularly inspect and replace the primary and activated carbon filters. Clogged filters reduce air quality and ventilation efficiency. The filters are attached with detachable Velcro for easy replacement.
• Neteja: Clean the interior and exterior of the booth as needed with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the Oxford cloth or PVC material.
• Emmagatzematge: When not in use, ensure the booth is clean and dry before deflating and storing it in the provided storage bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Reparacions: Use the included repair kit for minor punctures or tears in the fabric. Follow the instructions provided with the repair kit for best results.

7. Solució De Problemes

• Booth Not Inflating Properly:
  • Ensure the inflation blower is correctly attached and powered on.
  • Check for any open zippers or large tears in the fabric that might be causing air leakage.
• Poor Air Quality/Ventilation:
  • Verify that both the inflation and ventilation blowers are operating.
  • Inspect the primary and activated carbon filters. If they appear dirty or clogged, replace them.
• Booth Instability:
  • Ensure all ground stakes are firmly inserted into the ground.
  • Properly attach and tension all wind ropes.
  • Fill and place all sandbags around the base of the booth.
  • Avoid using the booth in strong winds.
