Controls i ports:

Botó d'engegada/multifunció: Used for powering on/off, play/pause, and answering/ending calls.

Configuració

1. Càrrega dels auriculars

Before first use, fully charge your Creative Zen Hybrid SXFI headphones. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the headphone's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).

A full charge provides up to 70 hours of playback with ANC off, or 40 hours with ANC on.

2. Emparellament Bluetooth

Press and hold the Power/Multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.

Multipoint Connectivity: The headphones support connecting to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. After pairing with the first device, put the headphones back into pairing mode and connect to the second device. The headphones will intelligently switch between audio sources.

3. Connexió amb cable (AUX de 3.5 mm)

For a wired audio experience, connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headphone's 3.5mm audio jack and the other end to your audio source's headphone output.

The Creative Zen Hybrid SXFI offers various modes to manage ambient sound:

Cancel·lació activa de soroll híbrida (ANC): Reduces external noise by up to 95%, ideal for noisy environments like airplanes or busy commutes. Press the ANC/Ambient Mode button to activate.
ANC adaptatiu: Intelligently adjusts noise cancellation levels based on your surroundings.
Mode ambient: Allows you to hear your surroundings without removing the headphones, useful for announcements or conversations. Press the ANC/Ambient Mode button to cycle through modes.

Super X-FI Audio Holography

Experience an expanded soundstage and immersive audio with Super X-FI technology, recreating the depth and detail of a multi-speaker system.

Activate/Deactivate SXFI: Press the dedicated SXFI button.
This feature is particularly beneficial for movies and gaming, providing a more spatial audio experience.

Manteniment

Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar els auriculars. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius ni materials abrasius.
Emmagatzematge: Store the headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The tri-fold design allows for compact storage.
Cura de la bateria: Per allargar la durada de la bateria, eviteu descarregar completament els auriculars amb freqüència. Carregueu-los regularment, fins i tot si no els feu servir durant períodes prolongats.

Resolució de problemes

Sense poder

Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin completament carregats. Connecteu-los a una font d'alimentació amb el cable USB-C.

No es pot emparellar per Bluetooth

Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin en mode d'emparellament (el LED parpelleja en blau i vermell).

If using Bluetooth, ensure the connection is stable. Move closer to your device or disconnect/reconnect.
If using the 3.5mm audio cable, ensure it is securely connected to both the headphones and the audio source. Try a different cable if available.
Disable Super X-FI or ANC modes to see if they are affecting sound perception.

L'ANC no funciona eficaçment

Ensure ANC is activated (not in Ambient Mode).
Check that the earcups form a good seal around your ears. Adjust the headband for a snug fit.
Some types of noise (e.g., human voices) are harder for ANC to cancel completely.
